You walked into the library and returned your books, You made your way to the shelf to pick out some new books when someone caught your eye. Tony and Clay were sitting together at a table huddled in conversation. You didn't mean to eavesdrop but they weren't exactly being quiet.
"I just can't believe him"
"I'm sorry man"
"Yeah Clay....me too"
"I'll be right back Hannah asked me to pick up some book. Okay?"
"Yeah."
You watched clay get up and walk to the back of the library, Tony put his head in his hands and sighed. You made your way over to him.
"Hey, Tony you alright?"
"Yeah... well no actually this guy I was dating he uh broke up with me."
"Oh gosh I'm sorry"
You said placing a hand on his arm in a comforting gesture. Tony shook his head
"Not your fault," He said
You smiled gently at him
"I don't know I just thought he was different but I guess I was keeping stuff from him and uh he broke it off"
You nodded, Showing him that you were listening
"Yeah I just guess in the future I'll have to be more open"
"Well whenever your up for it I know a guy who's really interested in you"
"Really who?"
You pointed your finger at Ryan who was skimming through the magazine table. Tony laughed
"Oh, we wouldn't work."
"Just go for it man ask him out"
"I think I will just I need some time to you know recover"
"Yeah totally"
"Thanks for talking to me Y/n it really helped"
"Anytime," You said standing up when clay came back.
