Iida is a dense Ace.

Denki has Dislexia/ADD. (He was able to pass the written exam, so he may be slightly intelligent!)

Bakugo has PTSD (from his mother probably. She was not so nice the bit we seen of her)

Todoroki has undiagnosed anxiety and an inferiority
complex. (His mother his father)

Deku has ADHD. (Breaks his bones a lot, it makes sense to me!)

Shinso and Aizawa have insomnia/night terrors. (Eye bags)

Toru has an image issue.

Tsyu has some kind of stimming thing like Tourette's (her tounge/kero)

Uraraka has an eating disorder (actually canon-)

Sato has blood sugar issues, hence why he bakes so much.

Tamaki probably has social anxiety.

Ayoma has a disassociating disorder

Present Mic is Hard of hearing, has possible adhd and most likely suffers from migraines.

Monoma has a superiority complex and a probable abusive household

Toga intrusive thoughts that led to Schizophrenia.
