Author here! I decided to make Cloudxreader and Renoxreader separately, but still in this story just different routes. Soo if you guys are more Cloud biased and what Clouds Ending Keep reading 'Cloud's route', and If you're Reno biased read 'Reno's route ' for Reno's ending. "Something wrong?" Cloud looked at me with concern expression.
I looked up to his eyes and my heart began to beat fast. I felt my face burned up but yet, at the same time I felt relaxed. His eyes don't make me froze up anymore, every time I looked into them, it makes me feel warm. Like a warm fuzzy bear hug. It makes me want to hug him, matter in fact It feels so realistic I can feel his arms wrap around me. Wait a minute-
I opened my eyes in surprise. Noticing that I really did hug Cloud. I gasped in surprise, I wanted to un tighten the embrace but he did not budge.
"(Y/n) ..is something the matter ?" Cloud spoke softly close by my ear while still hugging me.
I slowly reached for his arm that's crossed my face. And closed my eyes.
"Stay like this.." I beamed. "It's feels.. nice."
"Whatever." He tighten the hug softly.
I could feel my heart beat against his. His scent smelled fresh and nice. I could feel some kind of chemistry by just hugging him.
"Mm.. so what's up with you?" Cloud asked.
You studied his arm. "I..I don't know. I just feel strange, like I-"
Like I what..?
"It's complicated .." you continued.
"Complicated." Cloud repeated. Looking to the clear sky. "Not in my dictionary."
"Heh, easy for you to say ." You smiled
Cloud took a step back releasing your embrace and looked at you sincerely. "I'm listening."
You looked at him softly while curling your lips.
Slowly you layed down on the ground, reaching for the soft green grass to rest. And little by little let your back connect with the grass surface.
