Carl Francis Gallagher and his friend, Nick were living the dream at Bella's house. She always had the best snacks/food and now that she had guests staying it gave her a reason to cook (something she loved to do). The teen never got to cook actual meals, due to the fact she was alone almost all the time so she was enjoying it more that she would like to admit. It had been almost a week since the boys first arrived and Bella and Carl were getting along great. That's what happens when you completely ignore their 'romantic history' because no matter what, they were best friends. They laughed at the same things and it seemed sometimes even thought the same thoughts, they were so alike it was scary.
"Y'know" Carl starts, sitting on the counter in front of Bella-who was currently cooking them breakfast. Nick was still asleep but after a wake n bake the two best friends decided they were too hungry to wait for him to get up before eating. "If I was a girl, I would sell my virginity"
Bella let out a loud laugh, his words catching her off guard as she cooks the eggs. She looked at him with disbelief, her red eyes slightly shut as she continued to giggle. "Oh my" The girl laughs, not being able to stop as she tries to cover her mouth. For some reason, that was one of the funniest things she's heard in a while.
"For a shitload too" Carl continues, reaching forward to try and grab some bacon but Bella slaps his hand away, insisting the food is almost done. "I mean God gave you boobs for a reason" He shrugs and his best friend shakes her head in disapproval.
"I'm gonna pretend I didn't even hear that dude" She chuckles, turning off the stove and scooping some eggs on the three plates she laid out. Carl's eyes watched her movements like a dog waiting to be fed and as soon as she picked up his plate, he took it out of her hands.
"You wanna come with me and Nick to cop a ride today?" The Gallagher smugly asks, thinking it's so cool he'll finally buy his own car.
"Do either of you even drive?" Bella raises an eyebrow.
"I'm pretty sure Nick does" Carl's eyes wander off in thought and the Latina scoffs, taking her plate to the seat next to him.
"I thought he's been locked up since he was eight? I really doubt they teach you how to drive in Juvie" She says in disbelief as she gathers the hash browns with her fork, before stuffing it in her mouth.
"So are you gonna come?" Carl asks hopefully, leaning in as he takes a bite of his tortilla.
"Hellllll no"

The next day was Debbie's gender reveal party, and Bella was beyond excited. So excited that she agreed to let Carl and Nick give her a ride, the car ride was slightly bumpy but definitely not as bad as she had expected. They were gonna go pick up Debbie first, which was nice considering she hadn't seen the redhead in a while. They stopped in front of the Bakery, Debbie getting in and handing the box to Bella for her to hold it. "Thanks for driving me, my party is gonna be super fun" She smiles as they drive off. "Whose car is this?"
