A Tough Decision Between the Dolan Twins

Chapter 12

Authors note:
Hey my girlies hope your all doing well and everything. I'm just gonna skip to the end of the week in this chapter. But be prepared   it's a little longer than my other ones

For the next few days y/n covered her hickey with makeup so no one would notice. Before she knew it, it was already Friday. That morning when she was getting ready for school y/n got a text from Grayson.

Grayson
Can't wait for tomorrow I'll pick you up at 7pm😏

Y/n
Could I get hint on where we're going 🥺

Grayson
That wouldn't  be much of a  surprise now would it

Y/n
I suppose your right

Grayson
Don't forget to bring a change of clothes it's for  the second part of our date.

*Skip to the end of the day*

The day flys by and y/n meets Ethan at his car. It's silent at first until Ethan asks. "Listen theres something I've been meaning to ask you all week." "What is it?" Y/n asks. " Was it your idea to move our to next weekend?" He asked sadly sighing. "Well... no -" she said getting cut off by Ethan. "So it was Graysons idea." He said under his breath. Did something happen when we went laser tagging, with you and Grayson?" There was a moment of silence for a minute. Ethan sighs. "You know what,  you don't have to answer, your silence was enough of an answer for me." He said a little pissed pulling up to y/ns house."Ethan..." y/n said softly. "Just go! Get of our my car." Ethan said now a little more angrier. "You know, why does it matter if something happened between Grayson and I  when we went laser tagging. We're  not together." She said raising her voice at Ethan while getting out of the car. "Your right we're not together and we'll never will be because you know what. You can have Grayson. Have him all to yourself cause we're done. Dates off." Ethan said getting ready to pull off. "Fine!" Y/n said yelling at Ethan as he pulled off from her house. At first she stood there as a she became teary eyed. She walked up to her house and  took a deep breathe before opening the door. " What was all that screaming I heard." Teaira said laughing. "Which one was it Grayson or Ethan." She busted off laughing. Y/n didn't say a word to her as she stomped upstairs. Y/n slammed the door and turned around and slid to her knees to chest and just started crying against the door .  About half an hour passed and y/n gets a face time call from Grayson. Y/n answers with her eyes puffy and swollen.

Grayson
Hey just a few more hours till- hey what's wrong?

*Sniffle*
Ethan and I got into an argument and called off the date because he thinks something happened between me and you when we went laser tagging . And I didn't say anything but he knew something did happen.

Before Grayson could say anything Ethan comes busting in there house screaming "Gray, where are you!?" Ethan finds gray in his room. Grayson puts his phone down still with y/n on the phone. Ethan grabs Grayson laying on his bed and pins him  against  isn't the wall and gets an inch away from his face.  "Tell me what happened when we went laser tagging!"  Ethan said in a deep voice. "Answer me dammit!" He said slamming his fist against the wall. "You wanna know what happened . Why don't you ask her, she's right there on the phone." Ethan loosens his grip for Grayson and Grayson pushes him. Ethan punches Grayson and they end up fighting again. "Guys stop it! Please  stop!"  Y/n says as her voice cracks. She takes an Uber to there houses and is still on the phone with them. On the phone she hears them tackling each other and hearing them bump into the furniture in Graysons room. Y/n arrives at the house and the door is unlocked as she rushed upstairs to break there fight up. They're both covered in blood. Y/ns eyes where streaming down with tears. She tries the break it up but ends up getting hit again. She gets knocked out ands he hits  her head falling on the floor. This grabs the twins attention except Grayson is the one that accidentally hit her. "Look what you did gray!" Ethan said screaming. Grayson is panting as he puts is heads behind his head. "Well don't just stand there help me get her on the bed." Ethan says grabbing her underneath her arms. Grayson grabs her feet and they place her on his bed. "Go clean up I'll stay to she if wakes up." Gray says. Ethan makes his way to hallway and says "Should we call an ambulance."  He said trying not to freak out.  "If she doesn't wake up in five minutes." Gray said as he got nervous. *5 minutes later* Ethan comes in and she hasn't woken up. "Ah shit Grayson we have take her to the hospital." "I'll get my keys." Gray says rushing out his room. Ethan picks y/n up carrying her bridal style down the steps. And places her in the back seat of the car. They arrive at the hospital and they tell the doctors  she fell and hit her head. Grayson calls her mom and calls teaira from y/ns phone. At this point y/n is unconscious. *20 minutes later* "Where is she? Where's my daughter? Y/ns mom says running in the hospital. Soon her mom sees her in her room ,laying on the hospital bed. At this point y/ns mom is in tears. She finds the twins to ask what happened . "What happened to her?" Y/n mom says with her voice cracking. The twins explained how everything went down. She starts to blame the twins for the reason why y/n is in the hospital.  "This is your guys fault that she in here." She says as she starts hitting them. One of the nurses grabs her off of them and takes her to the side to calm her down. A few minutes pass and the twins are sitting in the waiting room with teaira. Eventually Teaira walks up to them with her arms folded. "Which one of you guys pissed her off when got home." "That would be him." Grayson says pointing his thumb back at Ethan with his head down twiddling with a loose string on his jacket. Ethan sighs. Teaira walks up to him slowly.  Ethans trying to avoid eye contact with her. "What did you do to make her so upset?" She said. Ethans Chews on his finger nail while looking at the floor and doesn't say anything. "Look at me when I talk to you, you gutless fish." She screams. This startled everyone in the waiting room and everyone was staring at them. "Don't cause a scene." Ethan says quietly. "Answer me! What did you do to make her so  upset." Teaira says getting close to his face. Ethans silent. "I hope you know that she's not a quiet cryer." Ethan walks away from teaira. He rushes into the bathroom and starts to cry because he knows he hurt y/n. Meanwhile in y/ns room her mom is in there holding her hand when the doctor walks in he tells her some not so good news. "I'm sorry ms y/l/n but your daughter is in a coma. Her head injury was more serious than we thought." The doctor tries to explain how she got the coma. "You see when she hit her head her blood stoped flowing in a major part of her brain stem and that has swelled. And that's how she became unconscious." "How long do think it's gonna take her to wake up?" Y/ns mother says as her voice became shaky. "It could be days, weeks,months, even years. It just depends." The doctor sadly states. Y/ns  mothers  hand covers over her mouth and closes her eyes and begins to cry. She slowly gets up and walks out the room. She goes into the waiting room her legs are weak from the thought of her daughter not waking up. When she was about half way in the  room teaira and the twins see her walking towards them. She falls  to the floor to her knees and begins to breakdown crying. The three of them knows it's not good news. Teaira rushes over to mom and kneels down to her and asks what wrong.  "What did the doctor say?" Teaira asked  "She's in a coma." Her mother screams with agony. "What!?" Teaira says. The twins walk over to them to see if everything's alright. Teaira gets up and she stares at the twins as she cry's silently with a blank face. "Is she gonna  be ok?" Grayson asks. "I don't know. The doctor says she in coma." Teaira said bluntly. "What!?" Ethan says shocked. "Can we see her?" He said. "What room is she mom?" Teaira asks  kneeling back down to her mom. "Room 358." Her mom said quietly. The twins and Teaira make there way to room 358. They open the door and once Teaira sees her, she runs out the room into the hallway. Immediately  Grayson eyes waters.  He sits on a chair trying not to look at y/n. He then gets up to check on Teaira. "Hey teaira. Are you ok?" Grayson says touching her shoulder. Teaira turns around and slaps his hand off of her shoulder. "Don't you ever touch me!" She says with a stern voice. "Ok, I'm sorry, is there anything I can get you?" He says in a caring voice. "Can you take me to the cafeteria?" She says sniffling and wiping her tears away. "Yea sure come on." Gray says quietly. While they made there way to the cafeteria Ethan was alone in the room with y/n.  He sits lightly on the bed beside her. He grabs her hand and strokes his thumb. Ethan brings her hand up to face to kiss it. He holds it to his face and begins to cry. "I'm sorry y/n. I'm sorry I hurt you and said those things earlier. I didn't mean anything I said. I was just mad a Grayson and I took it out on you. I'm so so sorry. I cant loose you." Ethan lets go of her hand and places it back down. He gently moves her hair behind her ear and just Caressing her face.
