A story in which two best friends handle their breakup in extremely different ways. And no matter how hard Elliott tries, they always seem to be competing against each other. Elliott and Charlotte had been best friends for almost ten years; that is, until Charlotte stopped speaking to Elliott. The girls always competed when they were friends, but it was always a good friendly competition, and Charlotte would always win no matter what. First to get a boyfriend; Charlotte won. First to get their license; Charlotte won. First to get their first kiss; Charlotte won. Elliott just assumed that Charlotte wanted someone new to compete against, but it still hurt.
