"...𝕃𝕠𝕧𝕖 𝕞𝕖?" {Raihan x Reader} {{FINISHED}} {READ DESC}

ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝟟

I step up to the door, hesitating before knocking. Should I really do this? I mean-

Just then, my phone buzzes. I check to see who it is and see Raihan's name on the lock screen, with a message underneath it asking, "Are you here yet?"

I sigh and just knock to let him know. The door opens and reveals Raihan, wearing shorts and a short-sleeved shirt with a Pokemon I've never seen before on it. "Hey, Y/N, so, what did you need?"

Taking a deep breath, I prepare to ask the question. "So...I'mgonnabestayinginHammerlockeforawhileandIwaswonderingifmaybeIcouldstaywithyouforawhile?"

My words rushed together, it probably didn't help that I was nervous to start with. Raihan's eyes visibly widened. "You wanna stay...here? Why not with Leon-"

I waved my hand dismissively. "Leon travels a lot and I don't want to be going all over the place. I just need out of my mom's house. If it's not too much to ask, which I understand it is actually a lot to ask..."

I realize that I'm just rambling and stop talking. I can see a small smile form on Raihan's face before he begins to talk. "I mean, if you really want to. I only have my bedroom and the couch as a place you can sleep, but-"

I see him stop, realizing that he just offered his bedroom as a place for me to sleep, and blush forms on his face before he turns to the inside of his house and gestures for me to follow him in. I do, and shut the door behind me. His house is....suprisingly normal, for a guy of his personality. The coffee table sitting in between his couch and TV is cluttered with mail and fan letters, presumably. Judging from the stickers on several of them most of his fans are probably kids. A small note stuck to the edge of the table sticks out to me, because of it's bright pink hue. From what I can tell (it's hard to read it as I'm not standing very close,) it says, "Call Y/N tomorrow, ask for jacket back."

I feel myself blush, but quickly remind myself that we're just friends. Right?

"So how long are you planning on staying, Y/N?"

Raihan's voice snaps me out of my thoughts. I shrug, leaning against the nearest thing, which happens to be the couch, so I stumble a bit. "I-I'm not sure? However long is okay with you."

He shrugs in response to my shrug. "I mean, however long you need, really. I'm not here that often, anyways. Usually just to sleep and take showers."

I nod. "That's reasonable."

Just then, my phone starts playing Bohemian Rhapsody. I blush remembering that I forgot to turn my ringer off and Raihan snickers under his breath, or at least he thinks so, but I can faintly hear him as he turns away to hide it. "Hello?"

"Y/N! Did you get to your friend's house yet?"

"Oh, uh, yeah.."

"So can I know who it is now?"

"Um, well, see, that's the thing..."

I turn on the camera and aim it at Raihan. Leon audibly gasps. "Raihan is your friend?"

I attempt to respond but he cuts me off. "Are you serious? You're gonna live with Raihan?"

"Yeah, I mean, he's letting me stay-"

"Okay. I get it. I just...I don't wanna fight, I'm gonna go. Bye."

He doesn't even give me a chance to say goodbye before I hear a click on the other end. I sigh and shove my phone back in my jacket pocket. Or, Raihan's jacket pocket?

"Raihan, do you want your jacket back?" 

I ask, gaining his attention since he had been staring at a photo on the wall since the call started. "Oh uh, it's fine, it looks better on you anyways."

I blush and so does he after he realizes what he said. "I meant-I didn't mean it like that. You can just keep it."

I can tell he's uncomfortable and embarassed now, and that's confirmed when he acts like he got a phone call and excuses himself. As he shuts the front door behind him, I sigh loudly. This is going to be an experience for sure.
