So many people was there! Whitney's friends, Nathan's girlfriend, Alaina's boyfriend, daddy's mother, Dre, Dre's wife and kids, Denaun, Royce, Grace, daddy, me, Alaina and Whitney (of course). Whitney was in her bedroom upstairs playing truth or dare while we were all talking and laughing in the living room. Daddy was talking with Grace and Denaun. Grace was sitting on daddy's lap but I didn't really mind anymore.
I was on the couch, twisting the champaign in my glass when Alaina came.
"Are you okay, Hai-Hai?" She asked as she sat next to me.
I looked at her and nodded yes as I smiled gently.
"It's weird to see you all alone I mean you're always all happy and stuff." She said.
"I'm fine.. It's just a bit hard to realize daddy loves a girl that's not one of us." I said as I looked down at my glass.
Alaina sighed. "I know... But the most important thing is that he's happy right?"
I nodded my head yes. "Of course."
She smiled as she stroked my back gently.
