Telepath; your observant in fact there are many in our society that don't like heroes if he had a normal childhood maybe he would of admired them he told me about you he you knew he had lost someone

It was mandalays cousins Kota's parents they where heroes too they where murdered while protecting innocents how do you event being to explain to a child that his parents died honourable deaths but the way he's sees is that his parents had left him behind everyone kept telling him that his parents sacrifice was noble honestly he doesn't seem to like us that much either or heroes like them heroes just don't make sense to Kota if his parents hadn't been heroes they never would of died
Izuku: you said before if I had lost someone and yeah I did my mum about 6 years ago and when I was 5 my dad walked out on me never said a word
Telepath: oh then I guess you can relate to Kota
Izuku: yeah and for a short while I disliked heroes because I though why didn't they help my mum or stop my dad from leaving but I accepted that these a lot heroes can't do
Telepath: that's true
Izuku: that's why i want to be a hero to stop people from having to lose loved ones and have to suffer like Kota or myself I once learned something something I base my hero name off of there is not such thing as a painless lesson they just don't exist sacrifices are necessary you can't gain anything without losing something first however if you can endure that pain and walk away form you'll find you now have a heart strong enough to over come any obstacle a heart made fullmetal
