Time to get our lincenses

Izuku comes charging in with his new power to focus his energy in one spot
He now has his normal hero outfit along with the fact that he now has a layer of tough skin around his metal arm and leg and his automail has been upgraded so now it's more an android arm as well as being lighter and tougher and with its extra skin layer I shouldn't rust and the last two upgrades is thanks to the upgrade Izuku no longer has to snap his fingers to create the sparks is automail can create them and then he can just control them and he has flame alchemy and then he combines with with quake to make fusion flare and finally it has a retractable blade in the arm

Ok back to the story
Izuku: you ok all might that was close
AM; yeah
Kaminari: dude bakugo what was that you came in and wasted that rock
Kirishima: I saw the aura around your arm was denser and since when do you have a human arm again
Izuku: well first of all fort the first one I just condense my charge in to a point and it make it stronger at less of a risk too me and for the second one it's a skin covering that I can use for deception and not standing out but I still have a lot of work because I don't want to rely on my metal arm so much and the fact that all I can do for the point charge is put it into my arm nothing I'd call an ultimate move although i still have fusion flare but that's more of an attack with condensing I can also use it for defence and speed
AM: I don't know based on that punch I'd say your further along then you'd think So you are definitely ready for this test
Aizawa: hey all might it's dangerous in here you should be careful
AM: sorry for the scare young bakugo
Katsuki: hey bro nice moves but if you gave me a couple of seconds I could of taken care of that
Izuku: well you didn't so it's not my fault your slow

The both look away but fire a smirk at each other
Izuku: hey I see you two have made changes to your costumes as well
Kaminari: Yeah I see you've noticed we look pretty awesome
Kirishima: You're not the only one around here with a brand-new style we've all been making changes here and there nows is the time to upgrade right

Monoma: hey did you hear the licensing exam has a 50% pass rate that means your whole class might fail
Izuku: I always forget how much this guy hates us and how much I hate him

VK: there are two exam days in June and in September And the tests housed in three different places we don't want students from the same place fighting we split you up each school has at least one class in a single location
Monoma: how sad we won't be able to face each other directly
Ling: well since that's the case how about we go a couple of rounds now

Kirishima: while I agree especially for monoma you can be the same way during a fight

Kaminari: monoma has definitely gone off the deep end

Ling goes to punch him but he's already on the floor because of kendo's chop

Ling kick monoma in the chest making him squirm a bit before passing out again
Sero: anyway man all those other schools that means will be fighting kids from other places
Izuku: yeah and on top of that we're taking the test earlier then most other students
Aizawa: that's true very few first years in the country try for a provisional license in other words the test will be made up of students who have trained longer than you and quirks you don't know about one that are powerful that actual content of the exams are a mystery
Izuku: I don't know about you be this is getting my blood pumping so many stronger students in one place
Ling: I know right sounds fun
Katsuki: come on you two
Izuku: oh come on bro you're just as excited
Katsuki; fine I would be lying and saying I wasn't intrigued by who we'll be facing

Izuku: if any of you are feeling nervous don't we've been through far worse in the last few months there was usj and the summer camp and when you guys came to save me a Katsuki there was also the sports festival we've fought and won against actual villains nothing can stand in our way we've got this

Ling puts his hands on Izuku and katsuki's shoulders: well this guy Izuku has satisfied me a good amount with that as well as his brother but I want another go at you soon

Inasa: I wanted to say to just once plus ultra you see I really love UA highschool I am extremely honoured to go up against such incredible students I'm so looking forward too it

Aizawa: yes he's strong he received the top scores for students emitted through recommendations and he's the same year as you all
Ling: you bet he's strong he went up against him about 10 times and I never beat him once
Aizawa: but for some unknown reason he turned down his acceptance to UA and went to shiketsu
I'm going to skip to when the other students show up
Shindo grabs izuku's hand: he is shindo seems like UA has had a lot of trouble this year must of been tough for you
Izuku grabs his arm and grips it tightly (it's his metal arm but they don't know that)
Izuku: cut the crap make on wrong move and your arm goes boom all it have to do is think ur wondering why I'm saying this what you say doesn't match the look in your eyes
Katsuki: he's right
Kirishima: hey guys I though you where better then this sorry there like that sometime
Shindo: it's fine it just proves how tough his heart is
Izuku: please I have a heart of steel and if you've been through half the crap I did yours would be the same

And that's a rap sorry for the late update it's been raining non stop really kills the motivation any I'm going to start the actual thing next chapter which will be late next week maybe since I'm going to Cornwall and won't have WiFi
