The way this starts is all the same as the anime except Izuku is training with different weapons and reading up on how to create different things from limited resources

Izuku: ouch that really hurt but it will take way more that that to keep me down

I can't be bothered to right out any of the cats names apart from tiger so I'll call them

Izuku walks over to his own and snaps his fingers lighting the fire himself
People: wow they have really useful quirks for this situation
Momo creates a lighter and lights the fire as well

Sero: Katsuki use a fire to light that
Katsuki: gotcha
Izuku: no remember what happened last you tried to do something like this

Katsuki: yeah yeah
Izuku snaps his fingers and the fire lights
Sero: what happens
Izuku: Katsuki tried to light a fire with one of his explosive but went overboard and ended up destroying the whole camp fire
Sero and other burst out laughing and katsuki give Izuku a death glare

Anyway they make the curry eat it sero compared momo's quirk to poop all normal

Izuku with Kota
Izuku: I though you might want some food
Kota: if you where any other of those wannabes I'd tell you to get lost but since I know you seemed similar to me I can deal with you
Izuku: well thank you I guess (Izuku totally wants to kill this kid)
Kota: anyway this is my secret hideout you better not tell anybody about it
Izuku: this is a secret hideout cool I can make this better
Kota: how
Izuku: just watch
Izuku claps his hands and a rock wall appears over the hole then he makes a metal door and a key (don't ask I just thought it would be cool)
Izuku: there now no-one apart from you can get in (he said giving him the key)
Kota: thanks
Izuku: I was wondering about your parents where they the water hose heroes with that water quirks
Kota: did Mandalay tell you
Izuku: well sought of I got told about their deaths and based on that info I remembered reading about that horrible incident a few years ago and how they died
Kota sighs: I'm only putting up with you because again you seem to share similar experiences to me but I don't understand why you want to become a hero there are people calling themselves heroes and villains and they killing each other because of it focusing on their quirks if hadn't been showing off they'd still be here idiots
Izuku's thoughts are normal
Izuku: hey I told you about most of my past but I've never told anyone about what I'm about to tell you did you wonder why I have a metal arm and leg

Izuku: well a few years ago when my mum died I tried to use a forbidden technique that my father wrote about since age quirks are the same it's a technique that's supposed to bring the dead back to life

Izuku: but I found out the hard way that people can't be brought back when it failed it took my arm and leg because when that technique fails it's takes what it's thinks is appropriate for your sin so it took my arm and leg I just wanted my mother back but I found out in the worst way possible that resurrection cannot happen you can put up the complete total of the human bodies make up but you cannot put a price on the soul of a human
Kota: seriously all that happened to you and you still want to be a hero
Izuku: yes I want to prevent people from having to go through what you and me had to go through
Kota starts thinking: ok can you leave me alone I need some peace and leave the curry
Izuku smiles: sure

Villains invade and the whole thing happens as normal up to the woods except kiri isn't there

Aizawa: kirishima you passed but it was only because of sato and a snap judgement you need to improve stamina to make you quirk last longer

Aizawa: sorry but the ones on the remedial class with be having lessons with me tonight

Aizawa: sorry but what you did today didn't impress me so I'll be using this time as well

Teams are the same but Izuku and Kirishima and together (and yes I already have a plan for this and it's awesome)
Villains appear
Izuku: where's koda
Kirishima: yeah he needs our help he's just a little kid
