For those who don't know, I started publishing my stories in September of 2019. I'd never written for anyone but I wanted to try, and so I did.
This story, in its simplest form has been sitting in my drafts since March of 2019. It was a mess, let me tell you. I don't even know how I managed to take it apart and put it back together again but it was important to me to be able to share it with you all.
I never imagined I'd have such a following on this app, but I selfishly, wanted to wait to post this story when I knew it would reach people who needed to read it. In the two (3 counting today) this story has nearly 5,000 views and I hope it continues to grow. I don't care about rankings or votes, but I care that the people who are looking for a sign that everything is going to be okay, find this story. This is your sign.
