"All right! It's time for this morning's homeroom period! Take your seats, everyone!"

A small quip from the class to Iida made you chuckle a bit. "Thanks, Iida. Go sit down."

"Is Mr. Aizawa okay?" Tsuyu asked immediately after the class had finally settled down. You didn't blame them, that incident was probably really traumatic for them. But they were in a hero school, they had to experience it eventually.

The other students stared at you in concern and curiosity for the answer. Before you could respond, the door opened to reveal a mummified man.

"Morning," a muffled voice said.

"Mr. Aizawa, you're already back?!" The class stared at him with surprise.

You stared at him incredulously. "I was told you had a bunch of arm and face fractures and your eyes were damaged. You're lucky you didn't have brain damage." You worriedly helped him drag his sleeping bag to the other corner of the room. "Are you sure you're not pushing your luck even further?"

Eraserhead shrugged the best he could, walking slowly to the front of the room. You were told that you were going to fill in for homeroom for him until he got better, but apparently he was more stubborn than anticipated.

He went on explaining about the upcoming sports festival as if he wasn't very much covered in bandages and very much in pain, and about how dangerous it was with the recent attack and the rise in security.

However, the sense of dread was quickly replaced with excitement for the sports festival. It wasn't in another two weeks, but you were also excited to see what these students could do.

You wondered if Shigaraki was going to go for it again. You hadn't visited him last night, instead going to your other job, as you didn't exactly want to interrupt him in his bad mood despite the fact that he would probably do nothing against you except be annoyed.

Once the class was dismissed from their first class, you looked to Eraserhead curiously. He was trying his best to get into his sleeping bag in the corner of the room.

You knew he was an underground hero, and when he wasn't teaching in the morning, he'd be doing hero work at night. This man was definitely overworking himself.

"Need help?" you asked, walking over to help him unzip the bag regardless.

He huffed in response, then slipped in and closed his eyes, though you could barely tell with the bandages covering him. You assumed the huff was a thanks, and went on your way to prepare for the next period for quirkless combat.

You crossed paths once again with Present Mic, who threw a grin at you. "Hey, is Eraserhead in the room?"

"Yep, he's sleeping right now though." You nodded towards the classroom. "He deserves it."

"Darn, I wanted to ask him if he wanted to do the commentary for the sports festival with me." He shrugged. "Oh well, I guess I'll ask him later."

"You've got two weeks." You paused. Commentary? You'd have a good view of the event if you joined him. "Can I join you guys?"

"'Course! Usually I'm the only one doing it." He bounded off cheerfully with that comment, head high and humming to himself.

You chuckled at the hyperactive, loud hero as he left.

You had stayed a bit late after school to tell the students about the sports festival and other shenanigans that were better off asked to other teachers.

Once you left, though, you wondered if it would be a good idea to visit Tomura again. He had probably cooled down since yesterday.

You were right, seeing as you walked in and asked "How are your wounds?" without being glared at too harshly.

Tomura was alone in the room and didn't have any dismembered hands on him. "They're fine," he huffed. "I've got some news for you, though."

You sat down next to him, stretching and enjoying the small amount of time you'll have with him to chat. "Good or bad?"

"Katsumi and his gang are back." Tomura snorted. "Apparently they're almost done with the project."

Giran had found the group and directed them to Sensei, and although Tomura hated them, you were well acquainted with them.

Sensei liked them, and had the doctor work with them on a project. The group consisted of Katsumi, Aiko, Miki, and Ethan.

Katsumi was like the leader as well as the 'big brother' of the group. While you didn't talk to this man much, you knew he cared for his group a whole lot. Katsumi could clone objects that disappeared depending on what it was and how many he already cloned, and could clone people if he makes physical contact with them. Their quirks could also be copied when he was touching the person and their quirk was being used at the same time.

His brother, Miki, could make portals that only he could go through on flat surfaces, as long as he'd been to the two different places and set the portals they lead to within a certain time range.

You talked with Aiko and Ethan the most, so you missed them a bit. Aiko could sense and somewhat manipulate what others were feeling when she made eye contact with them. You and her had spent a lot of time together since she was the one who helped you learn to fight and defend yourself.

Ethan was a chameleon-like guy who could turn invisible as long as he held his breath. He was a fun guy to be around, and you often hung out with him casually. You knew him for the longest as well.

You hadn't talked to them in a while, but you looked forward to seeing what they've been up to, especially with the doctor.

"Are they coming by anytime soon?" you asked. "I'm curious to know what the project they've been working on with the doctor was."

"I don't think so. According to Sensei, it has something to do with the Nomu." Tomura seemed hesitant again, as if holding back information. It was probably the same information as last time. You frowned, then shook your head to yourself. He'll tell you when he feels like it. "I'm kinda pissed he didn't tell me earlier if the new Nomu is going to be better than the one I tried."

"I'm sure he had a reason." You shrugged. "The school's doing a sports festival. I'll be doing commentary with Present Mic then. Hopefully I can see some interesting students and quirks."

Tomura nodded. "We'll lay low for a while."

"That's good," you said. "You rush into things too much." You yawned. "I'll take a quick nap before I head to Anteiku." Anteiku was the coffee shop you also worked at. The manager was kind and knew you, so he didn't mind if you were a bit late.

"I'll wake you."

You smiled slightly to him as you rested your head in your arms and closed your eyes. It had been a while since you've slept and between your two jobs it had been tiring.

A/N: A few (okay, a lot of) notes about the four villain characters. They're all OCs, a bit warped from the old Insomnia.

-Katsumi is a friend's Hunter X Hunter OC, but I've changed his quirk a lot.
-Miki is inspired from Knov from Hunter x Hunter, mainly his quirk.
-Aiko is just a random character thought up in old Insomnia with not much character personality, but I've changed the quirk and her personality.
-Ethan is my favorite OC; he's inspired from both Meleoron from HxH and Ethan from the game Arknights.

All these characters are only inspired through quirks and appearances, you do not need to know anything about HxH or Arknights.

Hopefully I've explained their quirks simply and clearly and it isn't too much! I know most people don't like fanfics with a lot of OCs but hey, you can stop reading anytime you want, and I warned you in the beginning.

I've had a whole story/background and character development for these characters thought up, and I'm excited to be finally be able to write them out :D
