after weeks of being in hospital, mads was finally discharged. she was no where near better, but she was managing to coach herself into one meal a day, and was on her way to two, so she could be let go.

"harry. i'll be fine." she says to the boy next to her, who is gripping her hand tightly.

"i know, but i still can't let this happen again."

the sun was setting in the window of her now spotless apartment as the two arrived home. harry had rigourously cleaned every inch of the flat, removing any smells or any sights that might trigger her.

once again, the pair ended up in each other's arms watching how i met your mother. drifting slowly off to sleep with each episode that passed.

harry was the last one left awake, scrolling through his phone to pass the time.
