We arrive at my house and Seb parks at my drive way.
"Thanks for the ride. What are you doing?"
"Coming in"
"Please go home Seb"
Just then Kel honks, drifting our attention from each other.
How childish.
He gets down and walk up to us.
"You can leave now Seb"
"Na-ah if you're staying so am I"
I stand corrected Seb is more childish.
"Both of you should just leave" I reach for the bunch of key in my purse and open the door.
"Good night. What are you waiting for?" I continue.
Just then it begins to rain. It gets heavy as they both argue.
Oh shít! This can't be happening. Not now.
"You don't expect me to go home in this heavy rain. I mean I could get in an accident" Seb groans.
"And what's your excuse Kel?"
"Same" He says moving closer to the door for shelter.
"Aren't you going to let us in? It's getting really cold out here"
"Whatever. Come in. Don't break anything" I warn.
"You've got to leave before morning" I continue as they get seated on the couch.
"Nice home" Kel says as he lifts my dad's mug.
"Hey! Don't touch that" I snap as Kel fiddles with my dad's favorite mug.
"My dad has one just like this. I just wonder how many world no 1 dad's there are" Kel laughs as I take the mug away from his grip and drop it in the kitchen.
"Hey! Let's do something fun" Seb suggests.
"Like what?" Kelvin says.
"I don't know maybe we can catch up on Netflix series" Seb suggests.
"Oh! Okay!" Kel responds.
"What do you say June?" Seb asks.
"Fine by me. Let me heat up some popcorn" I walk back into the kitchen.
I come back to the sitting room with popcorn and soft drinks.
"Any ideas?" Seb asks.
"Kissing booth, edge of seventeen or last summer" Kel says.
Good to see they're getting along. At least something good has come out of this night.
"I wasn't asking you" Seb snaps.
I stand corrected.
"Kissing booth" I choose.
We watch the movie for a while then fill our mouth with some popcorn and drinks.
"How about a kiss for the moment" Seb smirks as Kel keeps his mouth wide open wondering if I'm gonna kiss him.
If he wants to flirt with me he should at least do it properly.
"Please stop pouting I'm trying to watch a movie here" I snap.
"And as for you Kel I advise you keep your mouth closed or who knows, you will attract flies"
