3rd person POV:

7th year:

It was the last week of the school year, exams were finishing and stress was building up and decreasing for students, while Y/n and Draco were sitting in the Room of requirement discussing old memories from their early years in Hogwarts.

"Remember when you were turned into a ferret by moody?! THAT was hilarious!" Y/n laughed, clutching his sore stomach from all the laughter. "Yeah yeah I know." Draco grumbled. "You gotta admit, it was pretty funny." Malfoy glared at y/n then broke out into laughter. "I guess it was pretty funny." "Especially when her forced you down Crabbe's pants!" "Ok I draw the line there. I saw some stuff I NEVER wanted to see!" Malfoy shuddered at the memory.

"Oooohh what about that time in 1st year when we stayed up all night cause you wanted me to watch that muggle show, and you said I was the dorky kid, what's it called?" Draco asked. "You mean 'that 70's show'? I still stand by what I said about you being like Eric." "I'm not dorky." "Your SO dorky!" Draco and y/n laughed.

"Or that time when you fractured your ankle when you jumped from that tree just to impress Potter!" Y/n laughed. "It wasn't to impress Potter!" "Saint Pottah! Scar head! PoTtAH!" Y/n mocked, mimicking Draco's voice.

"You're SOOOOO gay for Potter!"

"I am not!"

"Yes you are!"

"No I'm not!"

"*gasp* DRARRY I SHIP IT!"

"Well it's drarry or Hraco. Which one?"

"Oooh! Did I tell you about that time when Harry and Ron used a potion to turn into Crabbe and Goyle in 2nd year?" "No WHAT?" "Yeah. They did it cause they thought you were the Slytherin heir! I mean I don't know how cause you're definitely not mean enough!" "Hey! I can be mean!" "Yeah but the heir of Slytherin ended up being a really hot version of Voldemort!" Y/n argued. "And if he wasn't Voldemort and was gay I'd probably I smash." He said casually. "L/n what the fuck?" Y/n shrugged his shoulders.

"You know what we should do?" Malfoy asked. "No. What?" Draco smirked and grabbed y/n's hand and pulled him towards the boys dorms. Y/n blushed at the contact. What's he taking me to the dorms for? Oh my god... "we should steal some pollyjuice potion from Slughorn and get payback!" Malfoy cheered excitedly. Not what I had in mind but sounds fun. "Sounds fun. Let's do it!"

Operation Slughorn vs Malfoy:

It was 10:30pm, half an hour past curfew which most students get away with anyway. The two boys were on their way to Slughorn's ingredients cupboard.

"Hey Malfoy! L/n!" They heard Blaise yell. "Wait!" The boy puffed running up to them. "Hey Blaise, what are you doing past curfew? You should go back to the common room." Malfoy ordered. "You're such a hypocrite Malfoy. Your past curfew too." L/n told him. "Who's side are you on?" "My own." Y/n smirked, earning an eyeroll from Draco.

"Anyway, what are you guys doing?" Blaise asked. "Getting Pollyjuice potion from Slughorn and getting payback on Potter and Weasley." "Nice, I'm coming." "What? No. Your not apart of this." Draco said, attempting to pull y/n away. "If you talking about that time in 2nd year, I was there! I heard everything!"
(A/n: no joke there's a kid in the background who is supposed to be Blaise.) "he has a point Malfoy." Draco grumbled and reluctantly motioned for them to follow him.
