Wow! This is going to be one hell of a battle! Currently the teams are facing each other, and staring each other down. I think that they're struggling a bit, what with all the alcohol in each of their systems. After a little while of this, Remus decides to begin the karaoke. "Who's ready to sing?" he asks, and James and Sirius shout 'ME!'. "What song boys?!". The boys glance at each other and then say, in unison, "Hotel California by the Eagles". Ooooohhhh.....I love that song! Remus nods and turns on the karaoke machine that Sirius apparently got in his Muggle Studies class that is charmed to work inside Hogwarts. The words appear on the wall of our common room and the music begins...
On a dark desert highway

James sings this part, his voice perfect for this song. His voice is quite low, and he is surprisingly a really great singer! Sirius dramatically sings the next part...

Geez...Marly and Mar have some real competition! Merlin, I never thought that James and Sirius would be so fucking good at singing! They continue on with the song, Remus, Ali, Pete and I clapping along, until the music begins to fade gradually and they end it like this...
Last thing I remember

And with that the song finishes. Fuck, I have no idea how Marly and Mar are going to top that! The girls are fabulous singers, but that performance was fantastic! They even brought out their 'air guitars' for it! Marly and Mar share a rather worried glance, but then announce what song they're going to sing - 'Take A Chance On Me by ABBA'. I love this song as well! Marly and Mar glare at James and Sirius - we take this competition very seriously in case you couldn't already tell! The catchy music begins and the girls are off...
