I hear my alarm ring and slam my face on my pillow.
"Chloe, wake up!" I hear my Mom shout.
I get out of bed, moaning.
As I walk out of my room, I grab a hair tie and tie my hair into a messy bun.
I walk downstairs towards the dining room and find my sister, Skylynn, reading a chemistry textbook. Wait, what?!
"Are you...reading? Everyone, get cover. The world is ending!" I say with a little sarcasm.
"Just because I'm reading, doesn't mean that the world is ending." Replies Sky.
"It could be. You reading is a sign."
"Ha, ha. Very funny Chloe." I'm still worried though.
After I'm done 'interogating' her about why she was reading, I walk over to the kitchen and make some pancakes.
Before that, I take out the butter cream and the maple syrup from the fridge and place them on the kitchen counter.
Once I'm done with my pancakes, I do what any other normal person would do. I eat them with the butter cream and maple syrup.
The only thing wrong with what I just said earlier, was me saying that I was normal.
I'm not.
