Your whole body hurt. You had been like this for 3 days. Your mom took you to the doctor two days ago and they said that you had both the flu and strep. They recommended that you stay away from people for at least the rest of the week then come back and see how you're doing. They put you on a strict order for bed rest and not anything vigorous.
You were watching Netflix on your tv when you heard a knock on the door. You croaked out "come in." Your mom opened the door and she had a glass you suspected was filled with ginger ale and a bowl of something with crackers on the side. "How are you feeling, моя любовь?" She put the bowl and cup on your nightstand and sat next to you on the bed, taking the back of her hand and feeling your forehead. "You feel a little less warm. That's good. I brought you some ginger ale for your stomach and some chicken noodle soup and crackers so you at least are eating something." You smiled and replied. "Thank you, mama." She smiled at you and knelt down to kiss your forehead. You tried to use the little strength you had to push her away. "Mama, you're gonna get sick!" You insisted. She rolled her eyes. "Even if i could get sick, you're my first priority. Always." She smiled and started cuddling you.
"Oh, Wanda sends her love." Just then, vision came through the wall. You looked at your mom, shocked and confused. She looked just as confused as you. "I didn't think she meant literally." Vision walked over and handed you a box of cookies. "Wanda made them for you. We hope you feel better soon." Then, he vanished through the wall again. You looked up at your mom and she just rolled her eyes. "That's vision for you, no personal space or boundaries." Then, you guys watched a movie and fell asleep cuddling each other.
