Kamaria walked into Rocque Records as though she owned it, the boys following her with determination in their eyes. Gustavo and his group met them in the middle of the hallway.
"Well?" Gustavo looked between Kendall and Kamaria, the latter stepping forward with a folder tucked under her arm. She was a very good negotiator.
"They've agreed to do it your way. No goofing off, no pillow fights, and no questions for the next two days." She told him, the boys nodding behind her.
"Okay, 'Girl Time' from the top!" Gustavo shouted as he turned, Kamaria clearing her throat.
"Except for that. They don't wanna sing that song and I don't wanna hear it ever again." Gustavo turned and faced them again, noting the serious expression Kamaria had.
"Oh, well let me guess. You have a better idea." He looked at the boys before looking back at her. "Let's hear the dogs's better song title!"
"Big Time Rush." The boys chorused.
"And, they already have a song written." Kamaria said while waving the folder in the air. Kelly looked at the boys in shock.
"You guys write songs?"
"Nope! Mom does!" Carlos said happily, bringing their attention to the female acting as their negotiator.
"It's about four hockey players from Minnesota who have an amazing opportunity in front if them, and they're gonna take their best shot." Kamaria explained, though she didn't give him the folder.
"I like it." Kelly piped up. "And you've gotta stop using the word 'girl' in all of your song titles."
"I......like it too." Gustavo admitted. "We're gonna be working all night because Friday is two days away and we're in a big time rush!"
The boys cheered and rushed into the recording booth with the folder Kamaria had, the teen standing beside Kelly.
"Okay, 'Big Time Rush' from the top!"
"Ah ah ooh ooooooh...."
ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ — Friday
Kamaria watched her friends perform their song, occasionally looking over at Griffin to see his reactions. They finished and posed and she turned to Griffin, who turned in his chair.
"I like 'em. And the board's going to love them. You've got three months to record your demos." He pat Gustavo on the cheek. "Told you the boy band was back. I have to go, my pants are cold."
Kamaria scrunched her face up as he left, looking down at her own pants. Are mine cold?
"Guess who's staying in LA?" Gustavo said over the mic, the boys cheering bringing a grin to Kamaria's face. "If you thought the last three days were hard, wait til you see the next three months! Carlos still-"
"Carlos could use a little work on his vocals, Logan still needs to improve a little on his dancing, and he still can't stand James." Kelly cut in when she saw Kamaria's hard stare aimed at the back of Gustavo's head.
"We'll work on it!" Kendall said back.
"Okay, now you can celebrate!" Kamaria squealed and ran into the booth, the boys surrounding her in a group hug.
"Is it time?" The boys had put a sleeping James and Kamaria in the pool, Kamaria on a floaty and James on a lawn chair.
"It's time." Kendall said, standing closer to Kamaria so he could make sure she wouldn't kill any of them.
