Last month

Varian's P.O.V.

It has been a month since Adrian woke up scared in the hospital.

So much has changed and still, every thing is the same...

We told the whole story. It looks like Adrian wants to meet Cass. She respect her alot!

When I told her about the scroll and translation key, she was so impressed! So I tought her the translation key! She is so smart!

Our alchemy lessons are going well. She is a fast learner, I am a perfect teacher and Raps and Eugene are impationt friends. So it's good right? Yeah.

Adrian is smiling and talking more often! She doesn't seem scared any more!

But she is still in hospital. We talked to Dr.Galen and he said it would at least take her a month to heal. Raps was like: "That's so long!" And Dr.Galen seemed effended and was: "Excuse me, your majesty, but healing 3 broken ribs, a broken arm, a twisted ankle and countless wounds and burns take some time!"

So yeah. We just shut up.

Good news! She is coming out tomorrow! We are going to show her the city and the castle! I'm sure Xavier will like her.

A few days ago, Raps, me and Eugene went to Old Corona. You can guess why.

He never came to the castle!

Wasn't he wortied if his daughter had died?! Was he really that selfish?! Apearantly, yes.

We didn't stay long 'cause Eugene and I were so mad. Eugene was worse than me! He wouldn't let Quirin get close to me.

We just told him that Adrian will come out tomorrow and that he have to tell her. It was his fault not ours!

He just nodded.

Then Eugene, who had a hand infront of me for defense (why?), asked a question none of us dared to ask.

-"You didn't even came to see if she is alive... Do you even care about her?"

-"I-I don't, know... I think..., I don't..."

I did NOT expected that. He is just as bad as his brother.

We just left. There was nothing to say after what he said.

Now, I just want to sleep. Tomorrow afternoon, we are going to have a tour!
