I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK!!!
The email I used to make this account was created originally to give to my friend when she got locked out of her account. It didn't work for her so I just used it myself.
I somehow went back through my google photos and found the screenshot from 2017 with all of the email's information on it, including the security information and how to verify the account to Google and Wattpad.
I'M SO HAPPY I GET TO KEEP MY ACCOUNT!!

I'm sorry for all of the confusion. I was so upset it didn't occur to me to look for the old screenshot until just now and by some MIRACLE I found it!
Moral of the story don't delete your screenshots!
