(Riley's P.O.V)
I let Kane into my room. We sat down on my bed and he started to wipe a couple tears from my face but more replace them.
"How can they do that?" I asked.
"Riley, Jonathan is not like that. It was true they were dating before he met you. But he broke up with her because she hurt him so much. He was miserable with her." Kane said.
"I don't know if I can trust him."
"You have too. When you guys got into that little fight a couple months ago. He came crying the day after the fight. He cares about you."
"I still don't know if I can forgive him."
"He didn’t know she was coming."
Kane gave me a hug and I cried into his shoulder. Then he said, "Think about it, Jonathan will be there for you with open arms."
He got off the bed and left the room. I started to cry even harder. I layed in my bed, just crying. Then there was a knock at the door. I get off the bed and open the door. It was him.
