Crystal stared eye wide at Grandpa Knight and nervously glanced at the quiet Jason. He wouldn't even meet her eyes and then she knew she was alone in this situation.

"Well?" Grandpa Knight wouldn't give up and continued to ask even if he knew they were uncomfortable. He grinned and tilted his head to the side, sweetly waiting for their answer. Crystal quickly took a sip of water and opened her mouth, "Eh...we are still young".

Grandpa Knight pouted, "Nonsense! Jason's 29 and almost 30. You, my dear, are 24! Aish! You must give me a grand-grandchild soon before Jason's semen doesn't work anymore!"

Jason stayed quiet until he heard his grandfather's speech. He unwillingly joined the conversation. "Grandpa, I am perfectly healthy", Jason defended himself. The others just minded their own business and ate the food. Jeremy, Crystal's father, had a frown on his face at the thought of Jason impregnating his lovely daughter.

"I don't think they should have a child right now", Jeremy voiced out his opinion. Grandpa Knight glared at Jeremy, feeling offended. "Why not? I mean look at them...they love each other and are already married. Why not take a step further?" He believed that Jason and Crystal loved each other and if they didn't... why did they marry in the first place? Grandpa Knight was really ignorant of this important matter.

"I know they are married...but we don't know what's going to happen in the future-", before Jeremy could finish his sentence, Grandpa Knight interrupted him, "Are you implying that my stupid grandson and my lovely granddaughter will divorce?!"

Anna, Crystal's mother, frowned at her husband. "No, he didn't. Right honey?" She looked at her husband, excepting him to say the right words. Jeremy was clearly in a bad mood but gulped in fear when he saw the look his wife sent him.

"Of course not...what I meant was that Crystal is still young and she should just enjoy her youth before starting a family", Jeremy explained. Grandpa Knight was satisfied with the answer and added, "I'm getting older and I just want to see my grand-grandchildren before I pass away".

Crystal spoke in concern, "Grandpa... don't say such depressing things. You'll live a long and happy life". Jason mentally rolled his eyes at his grandfather's childish play and didn't say anything. Crystal nudged him with her elbow and glanced at him. He looked at her for a moment before saying, "Yes, Crystal's right. You have plenty of time left on this planet".

"Hohoho, I knew you cared for me! I'm so happy", Grandpa Knight exclaimed in happiness. Then he eyed Jeremy and expressed himself, "Jeremy... just think about it. Mini Crystal calling you grandpa and playing with you all day, running around the house full of laughter and happiness...hehe".

Jeremy paused and set the fork and knife down on the dining table. He saw a vision of himself with a mini version of Crystal. They were playing together, ate together, and laughing together. He saw for himself doing her hair and taking her to the mall, shopping together. Then the scene changed. This time he saw himself with a little boy playing football and basketball together. They went on soccer matches together and played PlayStation together.

Forgetting about what he said earlier, Jason broke out in excitement, "I want a grandchild and lots of them! My dear Crystal, when are you gonna give me one?" He sweetly looked at his daughter, dreaming about the day he will hold them in his arms. He loved his eldest daughter's children, but he also wanted his youngest to bear children.

Facing two overbearing men, Crystal wanted to cry. How did it turn out like this? Wasn't her father against her having children so early?

Watching the scene before his eyes made Jason internally smile. He held the wine glass in hand, twirling it. Then he observed his wife who was trying to tell the men that she was too young and that she wasn't ready. He thought she was kind of cute... Jason started to imagine Crystal pregnant with his baby...her giving birth and the children running around the cold mansion, making it full of warmth and laughter.

Jason unconsciously smiled at the thought of Crystal having his baby. He quickly snapped out of his thoughts. Then he slightly shook his head and narrowed his brows. He secretly cleared his voice before he said, "Grandpa, father-in-law, don't worry. We are in the process".

Grandpa Knight beamed and couldn't contain his happiness. "Wahhh! You can't take back your words!" He leaned his elbow on the dining table with his chin on his hand, probably thinking of the nonexistence children. Jeremy also followed Grandpa Knight's happiness.

Crystal furrowed her brows and horridly stared at Jason. "We are?" She was extremely confused. Didn't he agree to divorce her after eight months? Did he forget?

Jason rose his eyebrow and lovingly said, "Yes, we are in the process...right darling?" Staring at Jason for a few seconds, Crystal finally got his hint. She blinked and smiled while waving her hands. "Oh! Yes, we are", she said while smiling. Jason genuinely smiled and caressed her hand with his warm, massive hand. Crystal shuddered and tried to control her expression because she was about to make a weird, ugly one. She eyed Jason with the corner of her eyes and tried to retreat her hand but he wouldn't budge.

Crystal couldn't help but secretly glance at Jason throughout the dinner. She found him acting weird and she didn't understand why he wouldn't let go of her poor hand. She swore her hand was all wrinkly now because if the heat and sweats.

After dinner, Jason and Crystal went home. "Um...you can let go of my hand now", she demanded and looked at their intertwined hands. He looked shocked and followed her sight. Immediately letting go of her small hands, he looked away and cleared his voice. "Do you want to watch a movie tonight?" Then he looked at his expensive watch. It was ten PM.

Crystal didn't mind his weird behavior because she was too lazy to stay bothered about it. She found television fascinating and she felt like she was living in a whole new world. Without thinking much about it, Crystal agreed.

After both of them washed up and changed into their pajamas, they settled down in the theatre room. Looking at her beautiful bare face, Jason asked, "Which movie do you want to watch?" Crystal pulled her legs up on the couch and leaned backward. She sighed in delight when her back touched the heavenly, soft couch.

"Hmm...let me see", she answered, browsing through Netflix. After a few minutes, a certain movie caught her attention. "Oh! I want to watch this!" She exclaimed in excitement. She thought the movie looked very interesting.

Jason looked horrified and beat himself up in his mind. What was he thinking? Letting her choose a movie...

"Are you sure?" He asked because he really didn't want to watch it...the movie was cliché and girly. Crystal faced him. "I'm a hundred percent sure! Let's watch this". Then she clicked play and the movie started. "White chicks...yeah", Jason mumbled in a defeated voice.

After the movie ended, the lights went on in the theatre room. Jason had to admit that the movie turned out to be pretty good but he would never say it out loud.
