When Crystal got home, it was seven PM. She was exhausted and slumped down on the couch in the living room. Connecting her phone to the black TV, she played ASMR on YouTube.

A lot of stuff happened today which took a toll on Crystal. First was an ignorant blonde girl who thinks it's alright to disrespect people, then her succeeding the audition and her team and her celebrating by dining at the five-star restaurants. While they ate, they discussed her future schedule and that she must prepare herself for the Summer collection.

Crystal gulped when she saw the yummy spicy chicken on the screen. Although she had eaten she wanted spicy chicken. Soon she heard footsteps coming from the stairs.

Jason arrived home at exactly five PM but seeing that his wife wasn't home, he was disappointed. He just drank a cup of water before heading up to his study room and began working even though he was home.

When he heard weird noises coming from the living room, he knew it must be Crystal. Skipping down the stairs, he saw her in the living room, watching a woman eat spicy chicken. A weird expression slowly appeared on his face. Nonetheless, he walked towards the couch and sat down beside her.

"How did the audition go?" Curious, Jason asked and staring at her. Not looking at him, Crystal had her gaze on the TV while answering him, "I nailed it".

"Congrats!"

"Thanks!"

"...", then an awkward silence formed between them. Jason scratched his neck when he saw that she wouldn't give him some of her time. He didn't know what to talk about because she was the one always blabbering in their relationship. He wasn't used to this silence.

Suddenly, his stomach rumbled. He quickly placed his hands on his stomach, blushing hard. Jason mentally scolded himself for embarrassing himself. Crystal couldn't help but laugh when she heard the noise and it didn't help that his cheeks were turning tomato red.

"Do you want spicy chicken?" Crystal asked, looking for her phone. Jason hadn't eaten since lunch. "Spicy chicken sounds good", he answered as he watched her tapping on her phone. After a few seconds, she moved her eyes from the screen to him.

"What kind of drink do you want?", she questioned. "What are my options?" Jason asked, leaning closer to her and trying to see the phone screen. Crystal shrugged and showed him the screen. Jason read through them and finally said, "Soju".

Crystal nodded in agreement. "Right...five bottles of soju", she mumbled and typed on her phone. Afterward, she set her phone on the table and announced, "The food will be here in thirty minutes".

While they waited, Jason tried to make small talk but Crystal wasn't really paying him attention as she watched the TV. Giving up, Jason focused his attention on his phone and answered some emails.

*Ding dong!

"AH! My spicy chicken is here!", Crystal exclaimed in happiness as she jumped off the sofa and walked straight to the door. Jason subtly smiled at her action and followed her with his card in his hand.

Opening the door, Crystal took the brown paper bag from the delivery man while Jason paid and tipped him 20 bucks. After saying goodbye to the delivery man, they shut the door and went to the living room. Crystal put on a reality show called "90-day fiancée" and began opening the chicken boxes. "Mmm...this looks so good", she spoke and looked at the red, delicious chicken legs.

That night ended with Jason and Crystal watching 90-day fiancée while earing spicy chicken and drinking soju.

The next morning, both Jason and Crystal were dead tired from last night. Since they were responsible adults, they forced themselves to wake up and go to work.

Today, Crystal wore a simple white jumpsuit paired with nude heels. The jumpsuit was shoulder off, showing her beautiful neck and shoulders. Her brown hair was straightened as it freely was let down.

Jason couldn't keep his eyes off her the whole morning. He gulped whenever he saw her and thought that she was simply too beautiful. Jason wore his usual black suit today and for once he didn't bother styling his black hair.

"What are your plans for today?" Jason opened the fridge and took out a banana yogurt. Crystal ate the oatmeal porridge and glanced at her clock. "Mmm...just hanging around the city with Liza", she answered.

Finishing his yogurt, Jason dumped the empty box in the trash bin. "Liza?" Crystal glanced up at him and gently smiled when she thought of Liza. The girl had red hair and green eyes. What Crystal loved about Liza was her personality and the beautiful freckles around her nose.

"Liza is my friend and manager and also my assistant", she explained and resumed to earing the porridge. Jason nodded his head and gulped a glass of milk. Grabbing his bag, Jason asked Crystal, "Do you want a ride?"

Crystal stood up from the chair and rounded the island. Then she washed the bowl and spoon with water before placing them in the dishwasher. "That would be nice. Thank you". She appreciated his offer. Jason smiled, "No problem".

After Jason dropped Crystal off at the mall, he drove to work. Crystal walked into the mall and went straight to a café. Sending a text to Liza where she was, Crystal ordered a cup of green tea.

Getting her tea, she found a place beside the window. Crystal placed her red purse on the table as she sat down. She observed the people in the café and enjoyed her green tea. Then her gaze stopped at a teenage boy and two teenagers' girls. They were chatting and laughing. It looked like they had a good time. The boy was your typical bad boy. He had brown, messy hair and a dozen tattoos all over his body. The boy had his arm around the brunette girl while the other girl sat in front of them. The girl had raven hair and was considered beautiful in Crystal's opinion.

Then she watched the tattooed boy kissing the brunette's cheek before whispering something to her. The brunette girl smiled and kissed him back. Then he stood up and made his way to the washroom. After a few minutes, the raven-haired girl's phone rang, and she excused herself...also heading to the washroom.

Crystal raised her sharp eyebrow and set the teacup on the table. Grabbing her purse, she stood up and made her way towards the washroom. She walked into the girl's washroom and looked at herself in the mirror.

"This is wrong...we have to stop", Crystal heard a girl whisper. She mentally rolled her eyes and fished up her phone, recording their voice. "Baby...I love you...not her", the boy said as Crystal moved closer to the voices. The boy and girl were hiding in one of the toilets room, but Crystal though they were so stupid. Anyone in the washroom could hear them. After spending a few minutes hearing the nonsense the boy told the girl, Crystal stopped the recording and quietly walked out.

She sighed when she saw the happy brunette, sitting on the chair and waiting for her cheating boyfriend and friend. For some reason, she saw herself in the brunette girl...so naïve and trustful. She wished someone had made her realize the true color of her bastard ex in her past life...and she is going to be that someone for the brunette girl.

Stopping in front of the brunette girl, Crystal introduced herself, "Hi, I'm Crystal".
