Chapter 19 – New Beginning

Jenny spends her week off work on Asgard with Loki recovering from her operation enjoying the love and care which he bestows on her and is sad when the week comes to an end and has to return to work but also knows that now that she is engaged to Loki she ha to plan to possibly give up her work or find some other job which will allow her time to spend on Asgard as well as Earth. 

It was six months now since Loki and Jenny had become engaged and all seemed right in the world to her.  Loki came to say with her Tuesday to Wednesday and she would go to Asgard Friday to Sunday.  Today was Tuesday and as Jenny went off to work her thoughts were on tonight when Loki would arrive and they would spend their night in each other’s arms.  Arriving home at 5.30 she was surprised to see Loki in the kitchen the wonderful aroma of food cooking and the table set for two.  “Loki this is such a lovely surprise I didn’t expect you yet you are so thoughtful”.

Loki scooped her up into a hug and kissed her lightly on the lips “go freshen up you have 10 minutes” he taps her playfully on the nose as he sends her off to her room.

“Okay, okay”.

When Jenny gets back the lights have been extinguished and candles lit on the table.  Loki holds her seat out for her and pours her a glass of wine.  As they eat Loki asks “was today the last day of your current job?”

“Yes, it feels a little odd as I’m now between jobs”.

“For how long?” he enquires.

 “Not sure I planned on taking a few weeks off but I don’t have any plans at all yet”.

They finish their meal and clear up Loki picks up the bottle of wine and glasses then taking Jenny by the hand, leads her to the bedroom. 

Jenny smiles “have you missed me that much we are having an early night?”

“Very, very much” they both get ready for bed then Loki pours two glasses of wine before getting in next to her wrapping his arm around Jenny as he passes her a glass.

“This is cosy” she grins “not the evening I had planned but that’s okay by me”.

Loki holds her close as they drink their wine.  Sometime later Loki lay there Jenny nestled in his arms watching her.  He was amazed that even now after six months he could not get enough of her or her of him, she was his whole life.  Jennystirred against him“something wrong? I thought you would be asleep”.

“I was but on having woken up I find I cannot get back to sleep with you lying next to me”.

Jenny grinned up at him “and why is that” as she let her hand slide down his body.

“Because” he cupped her chin in his hand “you are so beautiful and I can’t leave your naked body alone” Jenny laughs as she touches him his immediate arousal making her tingle with anticipation of what was to come.  “Stop” Loki says “we can’t make love again tonight”.

“Why is something wrong?”

“Yes, you have been very tired lately I do not wish to tire you even more”.

“Oh” she says as Loki sighs.

Jenny ignores him and continues to caress his body.

“Jenny I can’t take much more of this.  If you don’t stop now I may lose control and make love to you anyway”.

Jenny continued to kiss and caress him, Loki let out a deep moan “I…., I….” and next thing he has given up fighting it.  Loki moaned loudly as he slowly withdrew and lying down next to her he says “I have something I want to ask you”.
