Chapter 17: Jealousy Part 2

A party....

Tony yawned as he entered his bedroom.
Earlier today Bucky had followed him around the school and repeatedly invited him to a party.

When was the last time he was actually invited to a party.

How old was he?

Too young to remember apparently.

He kicked off his shoes and tossed himself over the bed.
Today was very stressful, not only did he have to deal with Steve and Peggy openly flirting with each other, he also had to deal with a very angry Bruce.

"You haven't been paying attention to our study sessions lately!" Bruce huffed as he shut his lap top.

"Sorry about that Bruce, I'm all yours now, no need to be jealous" Tony joked.
Bruce rolled his eyes, "I could care less about your adventures with Steve Rogers, Tony. I'm worried about your grades dropping, especially now out of all the years"

Tony felt his face flush, "what adventures?!"

Bruce gave him a 'really' face before flipping his AP chemistry book open.
"I'm not an idiot"

Tony frowned and looked away in embarrassment.

"Stop hanging out with him, come one. Solve this problem!"

Tony nodded and grabbed a pencil from his pouch.

He pushed all his emotions away.
Bruce was right. Clearly the blonde had no feelings for him, he was just wasting his time.

"Ugh...why are all my romances like this?!"

Steve:

Steve laughed on the phone with Bucky, he was sitting in his room with a box of chocolates beside him.

"It was crazy man, Thor almost trashed his motorcycle. Thankfully the car that almost got hit let him go with a warning. Thor didn't accept it tho, he insisted on paying him back for his kindness"
"And how does he plan to do that" Steve asked curiously.

"Here's the part that had me rolling, that guy asked him-" Bucky burst out laughing, "he asked him if could please date his son"

Steve started laughing too, "why would he ask that?!"
"I don't know, Thor hesitated but agreed to it anyway. He's probably some weirdo if he needs his dad to find him a date"

"Yeah, most likely" Steve popped another chocolate in his mouth.

"Anyway, I also called to tell you about the party this Friday! I did it! I invited Tony and he said yes!" He explained excitedly.

"He did?" Steve smiled.
So Tony was going out with Bucky huh?

"Yeah. I'm picking him up at 5:00 pm, sweet. I'll get to see his house"

Steve laughed, "it's not much"

"That's rude" Bucky snorted, "I'm sure it's fine. What about you? Have you asked Peggy?"

"Not yet, I'll let her know tomorrow morning"
"That's cool....hey....Do you think Tony has had his first kiss?"
"What-"
"Oh wait! Yes he has, with you ugh" Bucky groaned, "your wedding kiss"

"I wouldn't consider that a kiss"
"You're right! I'll show him a real kiss!"

Steve lost his appetite and set the chocolates aside aside.

"Bucky...."
"Yeah?"
"He's my husband...."
"....not real husbands"

They remained quiet for a few minutes.
