"Ladies and gentlemen, Team USA hockey." Mr.Tibbles walked onto the stage as the team and Bombay smiled while the crowd cheered. Harvey was never good at being the center of attention in front of crowds without her gear on, so this was a problem for her. Adam could see her fiddling with her sleeve jacket and took her hand in his, squeezing it slightly and smiling over at the girl. "And the man chosen to lead them to the gold, Gordon Bombay." Everyone clapped as Bombay waved at the crowd, smiling. "Bring the bear out. This is Henry, the Hendrix bear." A man in a white bear costume jogged towards the stage, waving at the people. "Guys I want you to come in and get some shots with the bear." everyone squished closer together as Adam let go of Harvey's hand and placed his arm around her waist, still keeping her close to him as the bear got in the middle of everyone, camera ready. "Big wave, big wave. Wave to everyone." Everyone smiled at the camera, letting reporters take the pictures. "Got that? Great. Okay, we're going to open up the questions." Everyone's hand went straight up as the reporters jumped up in their seats as if they were a bunch of two year olds. Tibbles finally chose a woman with blonde hair and a blue blazer.

"Team USA, how does it feel competing on the international level here in Los Angeles?" Harvey tensed up, afraid someone was going to ask her to answer the question. But instead of picking anyone, most of the team just yelled into the mic, yelling their own opinions when another woman stood up.

"Coach Bombay, the Vikings from Iceland are the heavy favorite. Their coach has already guaranteed victory. how are you going to handle them?" Bombay hesitated for a bit before finally coming up with an answer.

"Hard work." Harvey saw a couple of the Iceland boys, and just hard work wasn't going to win them anything. They were all over six feet tall and had amazing talents. It was probably the first time Harvey was actually scared to play a team in her life, mostly because they all looked like they were supposed to be in the NHL. In fact, they all looked like ringers from NHL teams. "I think our team is ready to go up against the best in the world." Just as her Coach finished, Harvey saw a group of tall people walk towards them, and her eyes widened when she saw who it was. She saw the rest of the Iceland team and turned away. Her grip on Adam's hand tightened as she looked away from them, not wanting to scare herself even more. "We're not worried about 'em. Iceland may be tough, but, uh. We're team USA and we're going all the way." Harvey let go of Adam's hand and clapped for her coach as the team and the crowd clapped. Bombay began to make his way off the stage when a voice came from the crowd.

"Team USA's going down. That's where you're going." Everyone's smile began to fade as the Iceland team moved forward a bit. One of the tall blondes stared at Harvey, looking her up and down, making her uncomfortable. Luckily Adam saw and grabbed her hand, pulling her closer to him in a protective way. the reporters mutter and turn around, snapping photos of the team. "See you on the ice, Bombay." As the team began to walk away, one of the boys looked at Harvey, smiled and waved goodbye, thinking he would get a wave back. All he got was a glare from a very overprotective Adam Banks.

"That's Stansson, coach of the Iceland team. He's wound a little tight." Harvey thought of his name, and the more she did, it sounded more familiar. It sounded Pro Hockey familiar. He was Wolf Stansson, or more commonly known as the "Dentist" because he knocked out teeth more than he scored goals. She shivered at the thought of what he has taught his team. Harvey kind of needs her teeth and she doesn't want to lose them to a bunch of pubescent grown men. The team made their way off the stage and made their way to their assigned dorms.

..........

They walked down the hall hand in hand as Harvey played with the sleeve of Adam's sweatshirt. He smiled when he started to feel her fingers glide across his wrist and forearm, knowing she was nervous but not knowing why. He just smiled to himself and stared at the girl, admiring her beauty as they got closer to her room. He saw that she was so focused on his sleeve she walked further than her door. He had to pull her back so she wouldn't walk farther then needed and his hands made his way to her waist, pulling her close to him.

"Thank you Harv." She smiled as Adam hugged her goodnight and walked back to his dorm, glad that he finally spent some alone time with her. Harvey unlocked the door to see Connie and Julie sitting on their beds, staring at the door. She was uncomfortable to say the least but walked in and took off her shoes, making her way up to her bed.

"What are you two doing?" They looked at each other and nodded their heads before bursting out with questions. There were too many for Harvey to even answer, so she held her hand up, quieting the girls and sat up, facing them. "One at a time please." Julie threw her hand up in the air and waved it around, wanting Harvey to choose her. The girl chuckled at her friend and playfully rolled her eyes as she pointed to her. "Julie."

"How was the date?" Harvey flopped backwards, thinking about the time she spent with Adam. She just kept asking herself the same question over and over again, did he think it was a date? She shrugged her shoulders and answered the girls, wanting them to shut up so she could sleep.

"It was perfect."
