Adam and Harvey walked hand in hand with the varsity team towards their friends.

"Hey, congrats on the Blake game." Harvey saw Charlie roll his eyes at the older boy, obviously not wanting to talk about the game, but ended up giving himself crap anyways. "Hey, a point's a point." Harvey smiled at her friends and nodded her head. "We're all Warriors now. You guys' proved your guts. You all set for dinner Friday?" They looked at each other and shook their heads, thinking it wasn't a great idea. "Well it's an Eden hall tradition. Varsity got to treat the freshman to dinner. So, round up your posse and meet us at six at the Minnesota club, downtown." They all looked at each other, hesitant as Harvey took a deep breath. She just wanted all of them to get along, at least for once. "Anybody need a ride, we can take you. I mean, you guys like steak and seafood right?" The team nodded and smiled as varsity walked away, while Cole stayed and talked to them.

"Look, I don't like you pukes, alright?" Harvey slapped the back of his head, making him glare at her before finishing. "But this is a tradition. At Eden hall, I learned to care about tradition." He left, leaving the two varsity freshman to talk to their friends.

"It's cool." They all looked at each other and smiled. Adam walked away after telling Harvey he would see her during passing period, leaving her there in his jacket.

"Listen guys, I'm sorry about the clothes. Adam and I didn't know about it at all, we barely found out after the game. I saw what happened to Banksie's locker, and it's not fair. He isn't one of them, he's one of us. He's still a duck, through and through. Think about it the next time you guys get back at varsity, and if you still think Adam should be apart of it, than I should be apart of it too. I'll talk to you guys later." They all looked at each other as she walked away, thinking about it.

"She is on varsity, and it's only fair." Everyone turned to Charlie with a confused look. "What?"

"That's my little sister, Charlie. You know what, do what you want. But when she doesn't talk to you guys, don't say I didn't tell you so." Kenny was quick to agree, mostly because Harvey was the closest thing to an older sibling that Kenny had, and she kept bullies away from him. Dwayne agreed after because they were best friends, all of them were, and you don't treat your friends like that. "I thought you were better than that Charlie." The three got up and walked away from the people that were now plotting against Varsity, Adam, and Harvey.

..........

"Where are we going, Banks?" Adam didn't answer, he just kept walking, his hand intertwined with Harvey's. They were on a date and Adam had yet to tell her where he was taking her. He walked, dragging a very confused and nervous Harvey along with him. "You aren't going to kidnap me, are you?" He chuckled and shook his head as he pulled Harvey past some trees.

"Why would I kidnap you, Harvey? You're already my girlfriend." She smiled as she began to be able to see past the trees, something so beautiful, her heart melted. "Ta-da. Happy one year, not of us being boyfriend and girlfriend, but of us knowing each other." Harvey pulled Adam into a hug, wrapping her arms tightly around his torso as he wrapped his around her shoulders, lightly kissing her head. She knew that their one month of being boyfriend and girlfriend was coming up, but she may or may not have forgotten about one year of knowing each other. It just flew by so fast.

"I love you, Banks. You know that?" He chuckled as he pulled away from the girl before pointing to the blanket that was laid out between all the flowers.

"I think everyone knows, Harv, but I love you too." He pecked her lips as they laid down on the blanket and looked up at the colorful sky, waiting for the stars to come out. Harvey laid her head on his chest, looking up at the sky, as he played with her long brown hair.

After an hour of just laying down next to each other and looking at the sky, the two began talking about anything and everything.

"No, I'm pretty sure I'm the better hockey player, Mendoza." The two began to laugh together as they argued. Harvey shook her head and lean on Adam, sitting in front of him with her back against his chest as he looked down at her. She looked up to look at the sky but saw Adam looking at her.

"Babe, the stars are that way." She pointed up as she let out a soft giggle. Adam kissed her head and held her hand.

"I like looking at you more than some stupid stars. You're much more beautiful than the stars." She sat up and looked at her boyfriend, smiling as he frowned because of the loss of contact. Then he thought of something, the one thing Harvey's mom told him to do.

"Adam, how are you, mijo?" Adam shut the door to his room, letting Harvey sleep quietly.

"I'm great, Lydia. Just wanted to ask you something, about Harv. You don't have to answer, but I've asked her and she just completely ignores me. I just want her to be happy." Lydia asked what his question was and he continued. "Yesterday, she kept saying she wasn't good enough for me, or that she wasn't pretty enough for me. Does she do that often? Or was that the first time?" He heard Lydia sigh on the other side and frowned.

"Well, before she met you and the team, at her old school, the kids would make fun of her. Telling her that she was ugly and that know one would want her. She does do it a lot, and she thinks no one should love her because she isn't worth it. But mijo, listen to me." Adam said okay and listened to the woman. "Dance with her, show her you care about her. Tell her she's worth every minute of your time, because she doesn't believe it."

She chuckled and shook her head as he stood up, holding a hand out to his girlfriend.

"What are you doing?"

"We, are going to dance." She smiled and grabbed his hand as he pulled her up into his arms. Harvey wrapped her arms around his heck and hid her face in his chest as he wrapped his arms tightly around her waist. "Harvey?" She let out a, hm, as Adam continued. "Whenever you feel that you aren't enough, remember that I'm always here to remind you that your beautiful and that I love you for you." She smiled as they swayed in silence with the occasional I love yours and forehead kisses from Adam.

When Harvey was with Adam, she felt as if she were finally and truly enough for this world.
