I made one of the soldiers take care of my horse while I flew ahead towards the castle to make sure the place was safe. I was almost near the castle when I saw titans swarming around the tower. I narrowed my eyes and saw four scout members fighting them.
"Everyone!" I shouted getting all of their attention. "Jules!!!" They all shouted in relief. "Get on top of the tower and rest. Let me handle this for now" I said before slicing the titan necks with my blade. "Jules thank god you're here!" I heard commotion from the top. I hurriedly killed the titans around before going over to them.
Krista and Connie hugged me as soon as I landed. "Are you kids alright?" I asked them. "Yes, we all are fine only Reiner is injured" Krista said pointing to him. I went towards him and held his arm. "Seems like a small cut since there's less blood" I said inspecting his arm. "No it was a big one. One of the titan's bite him" Connie said. "Is that so.." I narrowed my eyes at Reiner's wound.
Suddenly we were bombarded with large rocks. "It's him! That beast titan did this!" Connie said pulling me along with him to the side of the tower. I narrowed my eyes and indeed there was a big hairy titan sitting on top of the wall. My eyes roamed through the area around us and saw large groups of titans approaching us from all directions. "Titans shouldn't move at night right? What the hell are these?" I said frustrated.
"Alright, we need a plan. I will cover both south and east while you four cover both north and west. If you feel that your gas is almost done, use the remaining to get on top of the tower. And if you are in the middle of crisis then call my name and I will come instantly. I do not want anyone to die" I said looking at them sincerely. "And you kids stay with each other" I said and then glanced at Ymir before jumping off the tower.
I slaughtered the titans at my side and went to help Manabu and her partner. I was too engrossed thinking about them that i didn't realize a large rock flying towards me from behind. "Jules!!" They all screamed. I had just a second to turn around when lightening flashed around us and within an instant the rock was shoved away. What the hell just happened...?
