Hi Jeff,

So I've been having a really hard time flying back and forth between shows. I love being on Teen Wolf and I love playing Mia, but I can't go on with a schedule that consists of flying every week. It's had a terrible impact on me and my mental health, so I've decided that after this season of Teen Wolf, I can no longer be on the show.

I'm really sorry and I'm so incredibly grateful for my time on Teen Wolf.
