𝙷𝚢𝚙𝚗𝚘𝚜𝚒𝚜 𝚖𝚒𝚌 𝚡 𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚛 ~ 𝙳𝚘 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚠𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚎 ?

「𝚙𝚝. 𝟷」 𝚈. 𝙹𝚒𝚛𝚘 ~ 𝚃𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝙼𝚎𝚊𝚗𝚜 𝚆𝚊𝚛

It had been a solid month since Jiro finally confessed to you. The thought of his fidgety hands and his slightly flushed face still made you smile. It took a while, but he somehow managed to stutter out the words he needed to tell you, and to his surprise you returned them. After that day you two were constantly with each other at school, to a point where the jealousy from Jiro's friends was painfully obvious. They kept nagging Jiro about how he managed to get a girlfriend so easily, obviously not knowing how much of an absolutely mortifying experience it had been for the poor guy.

Before he finally confessed, he kept embarrassing himself in front of you, accidentally teasing you to a point where he cried himself to sleep because he thought he made you hate him. Of course, at the time he didn't know your feelings were equally as strong, and the teasing only made you laugh because of how stupid it was. In fact, the whole reason why you liked him so much might have been because of his hilarious stupidity. The thought kind of scared you though.

Another week of school was finally over and Jiro had managed to muster up enough courage to ask you to come over to his place after school. Being the slow person that he is, he was terrified of introducing you to his brothers, scared you would think he was moving too fast. However, him always coming to your place was starting to get boring for you at this point and so you obviously told him yes, making him so excited he struggled to hide it.

Well, he was excited to show you off in front of Ichiro, but the thought of Saburo made him frown. Seeing the sudden annoyed expression made you say his name in a confused tone. Replying with a quick "Sorry" he turned his attention back to you. "Is everything ok?" you asked him curiously. He looked at you for a second before letting out an embarrassed laugh. "I just hope Saburo isn't home today, though that's pretty much impossible..." He let his gaze drift away again from your face and onto the boring road in front of you.

"Why? Why would that be impossible?" you almost giggle, finding his expression extremely cute. "Because he's a loser! He doesn't have any friends and he just sits around playing games all day. I almost feel bad for the little rat at this point." He says, without any obvious hints of sympathy. You laugh at his saltiness, making Jiro's frustrated expression loosen up, joining you in laughing until you finally reach his home.

"Ah." Jiro suddenly stops in front of the door and looks at you with an embarrassed smile. "I uh... I kinda forgot my keys..." You laugh yet again at his stupidity, but give him an understanding smile. He proceeds to knock on the door, silently hoping he isn't interrupting his older brother's work. Hearing footsteps, he backs away from the door only to be greeted by a "Geez Jiro, you forgot your keys again? Just keep them in your-"

The person stops as his red and green eyes fall onto your surprised expression. Before anyone has any time to react, Ichiro closes the door again. You look at Jiro, only to realize he looks as confused as you do. Suddenly, the door opens again, this time to reveal Ichiro who has obviously fixed up his appearance. "Geez Jiro, you should have told me you were bringing a girl over!" he said dramatically, making Jiro groan out in embarrassment.

Motioning for the two of you to come in, he continues talking. "So what's her name? Is she in your school? Or in your class maybe? Have you known each other long? Is she dating someone?" since you were being obviously overwhelmed by the train of questions, Jiro takes initiative and answers the most important question for you.

"Yes, actually she's dating me."

There was a sudden silence as Jiro realized he had failed to inform his brothers about his girlfriend beforehand. A loud laugh can be heard from the living room, breaking the silence. Without warning, Jiro stomps of to where the laugh is coming from, only to gain an even louder laugh from the same person. "Are you planning on telling me what you find so funny?!" you hear Jiro shout from the living room. This only seems to make things worse though, as the person laughing now sounds like he's dying.
