You wake up in an unfamiliar place and it makes you nervous but then you hear the door open to the bedroom you were in.
You see big bird walk in with a tray full of food.
"Morning beautiful" He says
You scoff "what am I doing here?"
"Well after your exorcism Elmo had work to do and couldn't take care of you, so I said I would and here we are you in my bed without pants."
You panic and look under your blanket.
You see that you are indeed not wearing pants
"BIG BIRD YOU-"
"Relax relax, nothing happened I slept on the couch I just thought you'd be more comfortable this way. "
And he was right, you were.
You had an oversized white tee shirt, and black underwear on.
"I- t-thank you Big bird" You say to apologize for jumping to conclusions.
"Not problem babe. You hungry?"
He sets down the tray and gives you a plate of pancakes
You take a small bite
Than another one... A little bigger
Than another one a little but bigger
Than again with a huge mouthful
"Wow bfig bird mrfyou area amazingmrf"
You thought he couldn't understand you with food in your mouth but somehow he did
"Thanks, I know my way around the kitchen"
He hands you a glass of orange juice to help slow down your eating so you don't choke.
You and Big bird have small talk while you Finnish your breakfast in bed.
You look down at your empty plate sad.
"What's up babe?" Big bird asks
"Elmo never really treats me like this" You say
"Well yeah he spoils me with expensive gifts and fancy funny dates but he doesn't put thought into it. He doesn't realize I like the little things to. Like stuff like this. It's the thought that counts... Not the price." You start to tear up
"I'm sorry I feel like I've cried in front of you a lot lately" You wipe one of your eyes.
"It's kinda embarrassin-"
Big bird pulls you into a hug and holds you.
"Your fine y/n...when you cry I get to hold you close and tell you everything is going to be alright"
You cuddled up to him.
His feathers were just so warm...
You saw Big bird in a new light...
He wasn't just some pervert who always hit on you...
No...
You don't like him...
You love Elmo...
And only Elmo...
