As Danny walked off, Rafe called his name, Danny turned around and saw the concern for him on his face. Rafe didn't want him to go. He really didn't. Because what if he didn't return home, like he did that one time.
"Danny?" Rafe called out to him, "Dont do this."
"What?"
"Dont make the same mistake I did." Rafe admitted. "remember I went and I didn't come back."
"Rafe." Danny sighed. "I don't exactly have a choice do i?"
"Danny. Charlotte needs you."
Danny sighed knowing that he finally had Rafes blessing to be with Charlotte. He saw the look on his face and in that moment he knew things have changed.
"She's the first girl I ever felt this way about Rafe."
"Really?"
Danny nodded and he smiled and admitted to how he had feelings for her for a while. Even before they reached Hawaii.
"Danny, I trust you more than anyone." Rafe said, "I know you can make her happy and this kid, he's gonna have the best uncle."
Rafe smiled as Danny hugged him
"Make us proud." Rafe whispered
