Summary- Draco has seemed distant, and turns out the unthinkable was happening behind your back.

A/N- I am not very good at writing but I am currently obsessed with Draco and love reading these. Please no hate of any sort, and I DO TAKE REQUESTS! But they must be appopriate, as I know nothing about smut and I would never be comfy writing it. I also know looking back on this it's super cringe.

           Draco was never the type to show verbal affection. In the entirety of the 8 months you dated, he never said that he loves you back. You always said it to him but he never said it back but it didn't really bother you considering he'd give you lots of hugs and kisses (Not around people of course).                    

        You were in your 5th year and every night you'd sneak up to the astronomy tower and talk with Draco, this was the only time he'd actually be loving towards you because he didn't wanna ruin his reputation. Even though everybody knew you were dating he acted like he was just dating you for laughs or it was some sort of joke and he'd always flirt with other girls, but you learned to accept that.

      One Monday after a long, tiresome weekend Draco acted different. Like harsher with his insults then normal he started calling you a whore, slut, and other bad names. But you realized his friends were probably just picking on him to get better insults so you brushed it off. Later throughtout the day you noticed Pansy more angry than usual. You just brushed it off becuse it was probably about something Crabbe or Goyle did. You hadn't talked to Draco all weekend as he had to go to visit family.

      You went up to the astronomy tower from y/h's  (your house's) common room. It was 12:30AM and you were wearing your pajamas you always went up to the astronomy tower at 12:30 so you could get a few hours of rest because you and Draco would normally only get 2-3 hours of rest when you went up there (which was almost everynight). You didn't confirm you and Draco were hanging out tonight but you just assumed because last time he said he'd try to make it up Monday, but he never showed up You waited for about half an hour and decided to take a risk and go to his dorm. He could either be really happy, or really mad. You might even get caught but you needed Draco to cuddle with you so bad, you had VERY bad cramps.

   You snuck up to the dorms and heard giggles, which was odd because Draco is super distant with almost everybody so for him to ditch you for somebody with a high-pitched giggle made you feel uneasy. You were about 2 feet from the door so you stopped yourself to give you positive affirmations. You mumbles "Draco would never do anything to me, I totally trust him...totally" and then you repeated what your mom told you when you were young " I am loved, smart, and pretty", your mom always gave you compliments. You then walked up to the door and heard more giggles. You could tell who's voice it was. The new girl's.

      You felt your heart break, and you started crying soft quiet tears so that Draco couldn't hear. You could hear them smiling as well as hearing them makeout. You  couldn't comprehent why he would do that. You knew he was a jerk almost 99 percent of the time but when you were alone he was kind,sweet, and he loved you. He never said it but you thought he did. How could he throw away 8 months of your relationship?  You just stood there, ear up to the door listening. You were always there for him, always. You then thought about it...maybe it was Goyle borrowing Draco's dorm or something..then you heard his laugh.

        You knew it was Draco as you felt your legs turn to mush and you felt nausua. You saw Blaise walk through the halls and see you "Ew. Slut. You really bloody thought he-" you started sobbing and Blaise felt a little sympathy and mumbled the rest so you wouldn't hear. He walked away as you walked to your dorm. You vented to Hermione crying into your pilloww. "WHY! ALL THE THINGS I'VE PUT UP WITH WHY!" you screeched. Hermoine responded "You were too good for him...Maybe try with Cedric? (In an AU where he never died) I mean he's been trying to get with you for a while because he didn't think Draco and you were actualy dating..". You thought about..Draco was always Jealous even if he barely showed it. You then told Hermione "Ehh..He's not my..type...I guess".

          Meanwhile Draco and his lady friend came out after a long session of making out and giggling. She walked away and went to her ravenclaw dorm and Blaise came out of  his drom and spoke loudly while laughing "MAN!! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T ACCEPT THE BET ABOUT DATING Y/N AND THEN PLAYING HER!!!" Draco lifted an eyebrow in confusion "I'm sorry what?". Then a small gap of silence. Blaise countinued wheezing and shouted "YOU LITERALLY JUST PLAYYYED HER Y'KNOW I'M SURE GOYLE WOULD STILL GIVE YOU THE MONEY BUT YOU SHOULD'VE SEEN HE-".

      The color drained from his face..his already pale face became even more pale. He felt sick to his stomache and rushed  to the y/h common room.You finally got your spirits lifted by hermione as Draco busts into your dorm tears almost pushing through his eyes, Hermione responds to him barging in "I finally got her cheered up, what do you want?!?!" she said in a snarky tone. "I'm sorry..." he said quitley. You wanted to believe him so bad, that he was truly sorry and him caring about you wasn't a lie, but you couldn't listen to him.

  The next few days were hard but you knew you would get over him. But every meal, and every passing period you thought of him..but The Golden Trio made sure to make you feel better.
