It's been 3 months since I started being Tom's assistant and everything has went well so far. Work is great, I'm kept busy and I seem to fit in with his co-workers and friends. Back at home, the twins and I are now basically best friends. Tom and I are really close now but there's sometimes this...tension in the air that I can't explain. I don't know if he feels it too or if it's just me going crazy. I have a slight crush on him still, though I try not to think about it too much. However, over the past one or two days the boys have been acting strange. Tom hasn't been shooting as much but still goes in most days for a few hours. Most of his longer shooting days are at night now. I've walked in on the boys whispering and writing stuff down or typing things and then hiding it as soon as I enter the room. Today has definitely been the weirdest yet. I came out of my bedroom around 9am and walked into the kitchen where the boys were whispering about something. I questioned them and they dismissed me pretty quickly. Then they told me I should wear something nice, which I didn't know if I should be offended by or what but I did what they said.

I matched the dress with a gold chain and a few jangly bracelets and some nude, wedged heels. I curled my hair and did some simple makeup then sprayed my favourite perfume and grabbed a clutch on the way out of my room.

"I'm ready. Now what is this and why do I have to look all nice?" I sighed as I entered the living room.

Tom was the only one standing in the living room. He was wearing an open-collard white shirt with a black blazer and black trousers. His hair was gelled but he let a few curls loose.

"Woah...Cole..." His mouth was gaped open, looking me up and down.

"What? Is it too much?" I asked, looking down at myself.

"NO! I mean...no. You look...gorgeous." He smiled at me.

A smile formed on my face helplessly, "Thank you. You look pretty good yourself, Tommy." I smirked and giggled.

His cheeks went pink from the new nickname and I could tell he liked it. There the tension was again. That something in the air, in the atmosphere between the two of us that made me feel fluttery and woozy.

"Woah, Cole, you look great!" Harry exclaimed as him and his twin entered the room.

"Thank you! Now you have to tell me whats going on." I raised my eyebrows and crossed my arms.

"Nope. You'll see soon. Let's go." Sam grinned and swiftly moved to the front door, opening it for us.

I huffed and followed behind Harry outside. Tom walked beside me, the smell of his aftershave filling my nose and making me more attracted to him somehow. We got in the car and took a drive somewhere I didn't recognise. We soon pulled up outside of a nice restaurant.
'Valerie's' was the name of it. It was clearly French and looked quite busy and fancy. We got out of the car and I shut the door behind me.

"Guys...why are we at a fancy restaurant?" I asked cautiously.

"You'll see. Come on." Tom held his arm out for me to take and I gracefully accepted, wrapping my arm around his.
