I hope you're well, I hope you're safe.
Its hard to write right now for obvious reasons. Hard to find the right words for the page. Hard to find the right way forward in the story.
May I make a suggestion, writer person?
Screw right.
Dive into wrong. Indulge in breaking all the writing rules. Relish an ill-timed switch in tenses, a nonsensical pivot in POV. 'Tell' all you want, forget about 'show'. Stop for sunsets. Gorge on adverbs. Spare your darlings.
We all have to self isolate. So close the writing room door. Keep out all the rules, all the advice, all the warnings. Experiment. Play.
Be a little bad, writer person. No one's looking.
