Keireen stands in his castle 3 years after securing the time mage and having onikerm start his experiments. Onikerm walks into the castle and to where Keireen is. Keireen turns to him, he has soldiers training nearby overseen by himself.
"Keireen, I have something for you" Onikerm says
"What is it?" Keireen asks
"Stage one" Onikerm says as he takes out a vial with some poison claw venom and something else coalesced into one violently shaking product
"You said stage one? What will this do?" Keireen asks
"This is just very deadly, the spreading from person to person isnt that good currently but the deaths it causes is simply amazing" Onikerm says
Keireen looks over at the training soldiers whos training is going poorly.
"They're failures, show me what it can do" Keireen says coldly
Onikerm smiles as he looks at the soldiers and tosses the vial at them, when it hits the ground it shatters and the poison within explodes into a gas form and all the soldiers quickly breathe it in before they even look at it. Within seconds the soldiers begin screaming in pain as their eyes explode and their body decays infront of their eyes, after five minutes they are nothing but skeletons on the ground. Keireen seems happy.
"For a stage one its remarkable, continue your work onikerm and make them die slower, I want Reinlas's people to wish for death but it is far from close to them" Keireen says as he walks away
"With pleasure my king" Onikerm says as he teleports away
Over in Reinholm Kytal walks through the city towards the war beast districts. Each race of war beasts when more were taken from Keireen wanted their own place to live. Three districts of the city were given to the war beasts to guard and call their home even tear down houses there to make ones more appropriate for them. Kytal walks to The Tykema district and sniffs out Syremai walking to where he is.
"Syremai" Kytal says
"Hey Kytal, something up?" Syremai asks
"No not really just kind of looking around, things feel off" Kytal says
"Soul feeling weird?" Syremai asks
"Yeah how'd you know?" Kytal asks
"Everyones been feeling it, scans have revealed nothing though i woudlnt be surprised if Keireen had down something maybe a final counter measure incase too many of us left his kingdom and fought against him, if we start exploding we can assume thats right" Syremai says jokingly
Kytal lays down.
"I wouldn't put it past him or the other two, wish i could find out what was going on" Kytal says
"We all do, the Delantramites feel it, we feel it you and the other Hykra feel it. Whatever it is its annoying and i want to burn it out of my soul" Syremai says
"How are the delantramites dealing with it?" Kytal asks
"Oh they are annoyed, they can feel it reverberating throughout their bodies and given their skin is metal its i imagine very annoying" Syremai says
"Fair enough, so how hard have you looked into it?" Kytal asks
"Well ive obviously asked around if the others felt it which clearly they did as mentioned then as i also mentioned i scanned my soul and found nothing out of place" Syremai says
"Try scanning mine might find something different if not it will jsut bve more death memories" Kytal says
Syremai shrugs and scans kytals soul, he doesnt find anything otu of place but they both immediately get their minds fileld with memories of farenhales death seeing it through his eyes. Syremai stops scanning his soul.
"Son of a bitch! Interacting with eachothers souls never ends well" Syremai says annoyed
"Be that as it may my soul did feel different kind of like when we first got here?" Kytal says slightly confused
"Do you mean as farenhale in conflicting memories or when we were half dead from our escape?" Syremai asks
"The latter" Kytal says
Syremai sighs.
"I know what you mean, what the fuck is going on?" Syremai asks
"Wish i knew" Kytal says
Syremai looks around.
"Well im gonna go do some shit, no use overthinking something we cant figure out" Syremai says
Kytal growls slightly.
"By 'do some shit' do you mean-" Kytal gets cut off
"Oh hell yeah, tykema are much different from you hykra, you are all about loyalty and sticking by one person but not one of us gives a fuck unless its literal" Syremai says with a laugh as he flies to somewhere else in the district
Kytal growls slightly more as he gets up and runs to the Delantramite district faster than anyone can see. Kytal looks around and sees the metallic structures the delantramites make, he watches as sdome delantramites swap houses by literally picking up their houses and switching where they are. Kytal shakes his head disapprovingly.
"This place always amazes me in the weirdest ways" Kytal says
Kytal sniffs out Dykrama and goes to where he is.
"Dykrama, how are you?" Kytal asks
"Good" Dykrama says
"Soul feels weird huh?" Kytal asks as he lays down
"Yes" Dykrama says then he pets kytal
"Stop that" Kyral says
"Sorry" Dykrama says
"We'll find out whats going on big guy then your soul will stop feeling weird" Kytal says
"Thank you" Dykrama says
Kytal gets up and runs to the hykra district.
"Ok so no progress on finding out whats happening with our souls sadly" Kytal thinks to himself
Kytal heads to the docks part of the Hykra district passing by Hykra guards in their armour and passing by Hykra houses that are made of rock due to being formed by clawing through rocks with ease to make the shape of what could be a house. Kytal looks down into the water and sniffs, he smells blood from the water not animal blood by immortalai blood. Kytal jumps down into the water and after submerging he starts to screech as he continues to sink, doing this pushes thew water away for seconds letting him take in air. Kytal continues downward and finds a corpse tied to some rocks to keep it underwater. Kytal cuts through the ropes keeping it up as he begins to use his screech to propell himself up then gets brought into the docks with some help. Hykra guards quickly went and grabbed immortalai guards who look over the body before taking it away.
"The body was killed with blades typically used by Keireen spies, somehow they got into the city. Keep an eye out" Kytal says to the Hykra guards
The Hykra guards nod and bark in affirmation. The Hykra guards return top their posts and Kytal looks around.
"What if the spies were the cause of whats going on with us, seems to brazen though so does a random persons murder in the city they are in" Kytal thinks to himself
Reinlas teleports next to him.
"Kytal get your people who wish to fight ready, we'll be trying to move into keireens territory again soon" Reinlas says
"As you wish Reinlas" Kytal says as he leaves
"I wonder how the spies are getting into the city" Kytal asks himself as unbeknownst to him some of Ratankiras spies look at him hiding everything about themselves so he cant smell or hear them...
