The Slayer was in class with Professor Oobleck, who is...rather more faster than Ruby in terms of movement and enthusiasm, since he always drank coffee. So instead of paying attention to class, he just sits silently while looking at the blueprints of other projects he had in mind. He thought about making chainsaw-axe combination or a chainsaw attached to a shotgun.

Doom Slayer(Y/N): (So many projects, so little time.) He thinks to himself with a scary smile underneath his helmet.

Professor Oobleck: "Now, Zoom have any among you have been subjugated or discriminated because of your Faunus heritage?"

The Slayer regained his focus and then scanned the room as few other Faunus, including Velvet raised their hand. Cardin looked slowly looked over at the Slayer and the Slayer glared at him through his helmet and held a pencil before snapping it in two, intimidating Cardin and avoided further eye contact.

Professor Oobleck: "Dreadful simply dreadful! Remember students it is precisely this kind of ignorance that breeds violence. Sips I mean, I mean, I mean just look at what happened to the White Fang! Zooms Now, which one of you young scholars can tell me what many theorists believe to be the turning point Zooms in the 3rd year of the war?"

Weiss raises her hand.

Professor Oobleck: "Yes?"

Weiss: "The Battle at Fort Castle." She says confidently.

Professor Oobleck: "Precisely! And, who can tell me the advantage the Faunus had over General Lagoon's forces?"

Cardin gently flicked a folded triangle made of paper, which head Jaune from his sleep.

Jaune: "Hey!"

The Professor zooms over to Jaune in a blink of a eye.

Professor Oobleck: "Mr. Arc! Finally contributing to class! This is excellent, excellent! What is the answer?" He says enthusiastically.

Doom Slayer(Y/N): (What is in that coffee...?)

Jaune: "Uh...the answer...the advantage that...uh the Faunus had over...that guy's stuff was..." He was stalling as he had no idea what the answer was. However, Pyrrha was doing hand signals to help Jaune. But...

Jaune: "Uh...binoculars!"

The class laughs at Jaune's answer and Pyrrha places a hand on her forehead while looking down.

Professor Oobleck: Zooms "Very funny Mr.Arc. Cardin, perhaps you would care to share your thoughts on the subject?"

Cardin: "Well, I know it's a lot easier to train an animal than a soldier."

Doom Slayer(Y/N): "....."

Pyrrha: "You're not the most 'Open-minded' of individuals are you Cardin?" She says with a hint of resentment.

Cardin: "What, you got a problem?" He asks a bit angrily.

Pyrrha: "No, I have the answer: It's night vision. Many Faunus are known to have nearly perfect sight in the dark."

Cardin grunts to himself.

Blake: "General Lagoon was inexperienced and made the mistake of trying to ambush the Faunus in their sleep. His massive army was outmatched and the general was captured."
