Sameer sends peon to call naina at his cabin, as he want to discuss about some point regarding some project. Peon step in her cabin, her head down on table.

Peon- madam... Aapko sameer sir ne bulaya hai... Apne cabin me...

Half an hour passed, naina doesn't comes in his cabin.

Sameer- naina kaha reh gyi... Mai hi jaake dekhta hu....

Sameer headed towards her cabin... There he found her leaning on table and head down. He slowly moved towards her, caressed her hair...

Sameer- jaan....

Naina looks up, she is crying, her eyes turns red and nose too. Sameer gets panicked after seeing her in that condition. He cupped her face and sits on floor on his both knees.

Sameer- jaan... Kya hua... Tum... Aise... Tum ro q rahi ho... Kya hua... Kisi ne kuch kaha... Kuch kiya to nahi... Mai abhi dekhta hu kise problem hai tumse ..

Naina- nahi kisi ne kuch nhi kaha nahi kuch kiya....

He looks at her jointing his eyebrows then understand that what she trying to say...

Sameer- it's ok... Tum yehi ruko mai abhi aata hu.

He gives peck on her forehead and leave from there. After almost 20 minutes he arrived with poly bag. He gives them to her..

Sameer- ye lo... Isme tumhare liye dress hai aur pads... Ye painkiller hai jo specially period me lete hai maine ek doctor se consult kiya tha tumhare ye cramps k bare me unhone hi prescribe kiya hai... Ab tum zaldi se washroom me jake change kar kr k aao... Ye dwa lo... Fir hume kahi jana hai...

When he was saying all that,she is only looking at him lovingly. Get up from her chair and hug him.

Naina- i Love you sameer... I love u so much...

Sameer- i love u more jaan.... Ab jaldi se fresh hoke aao... Aur dwa lo... Mai tumhe dard me nhi dekh sakta...

She just hmmed and went inside washroom. After leaving of her, his eyes fell on her chair. Which have some of spot of period blood. He take her hand bag and took out packet of wet wipes and clean it. Sits on her desk and waiting for her. After quite 10 minutes she arrives from Washroom. Changing herself in white flared front slit kurti with pink pant. She comes towards her desk and look at er chait hoping for that there might have stains but she didn't find a single stain. She looks at him, he is sitting on desk crossing his arm on his chest and have charming smile on his face. When she looks at him he just blinks his leads and then forward medicine and glass of water towards her she takes it. He spread his arms, she hugs him tightly. He rubs her back.
