Hangover
I woke up to sunlight in my eyes.
Napabalikwas ako. Nasa ibang kuwarto ako and last thing I remember I broke up with Jamie last night and drunk myself.
"My goodness Joaquin Espinosa naloko ka na naman ng isang babae lang."
I am still here at Kristina's place.
I glanced at my watch 11AM tanghali na pala. I checked my phone 20 missed calls and too many messages. What's worst? late na ako sa meeting ko. Lagot na naman ako kay President.
I went out of the room only to find out na nakaalis na si Kristina. Wala na ang kotse sa labas and a note was left on the cofee table near the sofa.
Alam na alam na niya ang routine ko.
Pag labas ng kuwarto hihiga ulit sa sofa and if she happens to be here sabay kaming magkakape at mag-aalmusal.
I opened the note.
Joaquin,
Breakfast is ready. Serve yourself. Can't wait for you to wake up.
I have a client meeting with Nica.
See you when I see you.
Don't forget to lock the doors.
