Outside of Stan's house somewhere.
SAYA'S POV:
Stan - "Are you ready grandpa."
Saya - *cough cough* "I'm telling you this it's going to work" I felt my hidden left wolf ear twitch, and I saw a cop car coming this way.
Saya - "Heads up."
Grandpa - "Does the pope crap in the woods?"
Saya/Alex - "No."
Officer Barbrady drives up. He is staring at the scene of a cow dangling above Grandpa by a rope. Stan stands off to the side, knife in hand, ready to cut the rope.
Police Radio - "7 Mary 5, code 6 - 105 North Avenue 52."
Cow - "Mooo! (Help!)"
Officer Barbrady - "Carry on."
Saya/Alex - "WHAT!?" Saying that we were shocked, would be a fucking UNDERSTATEMENT.
He starts the car back up and drives away.
Saya/Alex - "The FUCK!?"
Stan - "Ok, here we go. Bye grandpa, it was nice knowing you."
Saya - "Yeah fucking right." I started to cough a bit. I can now taste blood too. Shit!
Grandpa - "Uhh, cut the damn rope already!"
Both me and Alex tensed up when we felt something ominous¹ in the air, coming right towards us! 'Beta.' Alex/Beta - 'Yeah. I feel it too.' 'You do not think?' Alex/Beta - 'I am not sure. But it could be.' 'I thought so. Stay close, stay on guard, and be ready for anything.' Alex/Beta - 'Got it alpha.' 'Good.'
Sounds of thunder. Lightning flashes. Death appears and disappears.
Saya/Alpha / Alex/Beta - "Fuck!"/"Shit!"
Stan - "What is that?!"
Kyle - "Well, it, it looks like..."
All - "Death!"
Saya/Alpha / Alex/Beta - "Stay back!" We both had a slight growl in our voices, though mine was a bit weaker. Shit. I have already lost too much blood as it is. And now I am going in General Mod, and have to protect and fight. Fuck.
Death - "Mrrrrr! (It's time child.)" Me and Alex/Beta growl and get in the basic fighting stance. Surprising everyone.
