Rosé grinned at the sound of Lisa's excited voice coming out from the other room as she pulled on her black ripped skinny jeans.

"Babe, I'm ready, what about you ?" Rosé called, now from the living room as she did up her laces. No reply from the younger girl. "Babe!" She called again, standing up and walking to the younger girls room.

"Lili?" Rosé questioned, walking into the room and seeing Lisa perched at the edge of her bed, her head hung down. "Lili, what's wrong?" Rosé asked, sitting down next to Lisa and wrapping an arm around her.

"She's missing Christmas" Lisa whispered, fighting back tears again. At first, Rosé was confused but then she realised who Lisa was talking about. "She loved Christmas," The black haired spoke sadly, resting her head on Rosé's shoulder.

"Are we still going to buy a Christmas tree?" Rosé asked, hoping it might perk the younger girl up a bit but she just subtly nodded, standing up without another word and walking to the door.

"How do you want to get there?" Rosé asked, slipping her hand into Lisa's as they began walking down the stairs, trying to avoid a replay of when the younger girl nearly jumped out of the moving car.

"It's not too far, can we walk?" The black haired quietly asked, her eyes focused on the stairs.

"Of course, babe," Rosé replied, planting a kiss on Lisa's cheek and holding the door open for her as they stepped out into the brisk breeze of New York.

Walking towards the shopping centre was fairly quiet, both allowing their eyes to dart all over the place, looking at other people's Christmas decorations and set ups, however neither girl let go of the others hand. As they finally approached the large and packed shopping centre, Lisa stopped, looking at something else.

"Can we get hot chocolate?" The younger smiled shyly, looking up at Rosé and back to small stand a few feet away from them.

"Yeah sure," Rosé smiled, approaching the stand and asking for two large hot chocolates, paying the man and smiling softly as she gave the cup to Lisa.

"Thank you," Lisa smiled, taking a sip and sighing happily. "I love you," The black haired smiled, pecking Rosé on the lips and grabbing her hand, leading her into the shopping centre, quickly locating the first shop she needed and heading straight for it.

"Christmas trees, Christmas trees, Christmas trees," Lisa hummed, wandering throughout the aisles happily as Rosé followed behind, still holding onto the younger girls hand. "Yay Christmas trees!" Lisa suddenly squealed, facing Rosé with a massive grin on her face as she looked at the rows of boxes and tree displays set out.

Slowly walking down the aisle, Lisa stopped at a small white tree with colour changing LED lights in the ends of the branches.

"Rosé, it's so pretty," The black haired whispered, almost awestruck.

"So I'm guessing this one?" Rosé asked, touching the tree and also admiring the colours.

"Yep! As long as you like it," Lisa hopefully smiled.

"I mean, it's not the absolute prettiest thing here," Rosé began.

"Oh, which one do you like?" Lisa asked, glancing at the other trees but failing to see what the older girl could possibly prefer.

"I was talking about you, pretty girl," Rosé smiled, placing her hands on Lisa's waist and kissing her softly as the younger girls cheeks went a light shade of pink as she giggled at the compliment.
