DAVINA USED EVERY LASTING calm cell in her brain to deal with the twins as her dad joined his muggle friends in a pub for their annual Christmas drinking. She was exhausted dealing with the twins, watching as the screamed and ran around but doing things with her wand to create magic with spells they could hardly pronounce at their age.
"How about we watch a movie?" Davina's last working cell thought of an idea, the twins jumped up and down at the idea before running into the living room and turning on a movie.
She watched as the hyper twins calmed down but reaching to get sweets every once in a while, and then to drink water. She sighed before standing up, ruffling her hands through her hair.
"Where are you going?" Calista asked. "To get some air," Davina replied before stepping out of the heated house and into the fresh, cool air. Feeling it as it hit her rosy cheeks, cooling them down almost straight away, feeling the sweat dry from her forehead from tackling with the twins.
She heard an owl coming from the fence of her garden, looking towards to find Harry's owl, Hedwig. She walked towards the owl, taking the letter from it.
Davina smiled at the lovely note inside of the Christmas card, she petted Hedwig before telling the bird to stay where it was whilst she wrote a card back.
