Mituna and Cronus used to be the best of friends. They would tease each other and were happy together. They cared about each other a lot. Cronus felt red for Mituna even though he was with Latula but to keep him happy he didnt say anything. After the accident Mituna didn't remember Cronus, he forgot their friendship. Cronus was angry, he hated Mituna but not as much as himself for not being there for him. That's why he treats Mituna like shit.
