Chapter 11: Telling the Truth to Todoroki

  I'm getting ready to teach for day 15 of inkling culture class. I taught them about turf war and the ranked modes and abilities. I'm currently teaching them about mains, and they still have to learn about subs and specials. Midoriya looks ready for the class every time we have one. He even writes notes, even though I told him you don't have to. Uraraka and Eri are just listening to the lessons and asking questions casually. Iida asks questions every time I move on to a different topic. For example, he asks tons of questions on turf war. Iida also writes down notes.

I changed into my Zink Layered LS and Purple Hi-Horses and went to the side of the building, where we usually have our class at. When I arrived, Midoriya, Uraraka, Iida, and Eri is already there. We were having a blast, including me. We had fun spraying ink at each other with shooters and dualies. "Now, get ready for the charger. The charger is a human sniper in the inkling world." I explained while showing them the charger. I continued explaining "The charger can splat inklings with one charged shot, except the Bamboozler chargers. The bamboozler chargers splat inklings in two full shots. Full shots use lots of ink, while practical shots use less ink, but don't have very long range or damage."

We played around with the splat charger for a bit. Uraraka had trouble aiming at the target, so I helped her. Iida and Midoriya shot the target in one shot. I let Eri use the Bamboozler 14 Mk II since the splat charger was a bit heavy for her. After 4 minutes of charger practice, I heard someone say "Are those Kuromiya's weapons?" I'm currently in my squid form in the ink, so I slightly turned around, and it was Todoroki, standing there in wonder. I tried to whisper to Midoriya, Uraraka, and Iida, but they couldn't hear me. I finally tried to whisper to Eri to buy me some time to transform back into my humanoid form. She nodded and told Todoroki "Todoroki, Endeavor is here!" and pointed to a space behind him. Todoroki looked away, and I transformed back into my human form. He looked back at us after a few seconds, and Todoroki stared at me after.

"Where did you come from, Kuromiya?" Todoroki questioned me. "I came from the back of the building, why did you ask?" I replied nervously, hoping he wouldn't notice that I was in my squid form, in the ink. Todoroki declared "If you came from the back of the building, you would've been here, plus, how come you're on the ink puddle and your hair is the same color as it? I want to know." "I know you're about to lie, Kuromiya." He added. "I'm sorry, Marie." I mumbled. I told Todoroki about inklings and that I am one of them, how I am teaching Midoriya, Uraraka, Iida, and Eri about the inkling culture.

"I understand. I'll keep this as a secret. May I join your class?" Todoroki mentioned after I explained everything to him. "Sure, but you need to catch up. Just let me know when you are free, okay?" I responded. Todoroki informed me "I'm free today." I thought about the class I had going on right now. "We can wrap up now, so Todoroki can catch up," Iida stated. I nodded, and their class ended. I took the chargers away and put them next to the weapon drone on the grass. Once Midoriya, Uraraka, Iida, and Eri were inside, I taught Todoroki immediately. Todoroki's catch-up class took 5 and a half hours, and he seems to understand it quickly, including how to use the shooters, dualies, and chargers. I'm going to be in trouble once Marie knows I'm teaching Todoroki.
