~Forth~

"Yes... a reservation for two... 6pm is great" I said hanging up the phone with the receptionist for one of my favorite restaurants out here. I want to take N'Beam out on a date. My sudden statement about me courting him, definitely took him by surprise. And I could tell he felt uncomfortable when we got to the room. He practically run out of here, with the excuse of being late for his photo shoot.  I actually found his antics cute, because he comes off very sassy and confident. So to witness him that shook up and flustered was interesting.

I had already made him uncomfortable enough, so I decided to hang out at the lounge while they did the photo shoot. But then I notice Kit by his lonesome, flipping through the T.V. Channel I walked over to him. " So how long have you been dating our moon?" I asked standing behind him, and startling him. "Geesh! Why the fuck would you sneak up on me like that?"Kit barked at me. It is obvious he is still in a funky mood, but he is the only person I know here. And frankly, I wanted to pry more about his relationship with N'Ming.

"C'mon... no need for the tongue lash. Put the channel on the sports channel. I believe there's a game on" I said. He rolled his eyes but he did as I asked. Once, we were both engulfed in the game I brought up my original question. " Since when have you two been a couple?" I asked again. This time he just sighed, and mumbled under his breathe "we are not a couple...A guy like Ming doesn't settle"-Kit. If I was not prying before, I was now fully engaged. " What do you mean by a guy like Ming?"

He muted the T.V. then turned in my direction. " You should know, you have your dick in a different hole every week. You are probably here to get laid am I right?" Kit asked sarcastically. Okay, I've gathered where his head is. " So if I understand you correctly. You think N'Ming dragged you here, knowing he could have gotten laid with whomever he pleased?" I asked.

"No, I am saying a guy like Ming... like the rest of the wolves in your faculty don't do relationship. When was the last time you was in a serious relationship?"-Kit. I giggled because he was deviating from my question. " You are right... I've never had a serious relationship. But, I've met someone that makes me want to settle. And if you are doubting if the Nong is serious with you. Just know he wouldn't have dragged you here, if he had intentions of being with others" I responded. He looked at me in a daze, then stated "... That's the problem... he is serious about this and it scares me"-Kit.

"Why are you drawing conclusions already? Give the guy a chance... I saw how he looks at you by the elevator" I said catching him by surprise. I guess he didn't think anyone saw him arriving with Ming. I don't know how we got to the next revelation, but what he told me next took me by a surprise. " I am sleeping with another guy in my faculty... I like Ming, but I don't know how to cut off the other guy. I was hoping we can have casual sex as we used to. But Ming even refuse to touch me"-Kit.

Okay, now I know I was prying but I was not expecting this mother load of confession. " Dude!!! And you are worried about N'Ming not being faithful???" I said almost annoyed 😒. " No, you don't know the Ming I know. This new Ming that want a relationship is new to me. The Ming I knew changed partners like his underwear. And hearing him talking about wanting to settle down, just seem surreal. Like, even if that's the case why me? He could be with anyone he desires"- Kit.

Hmmm, I believe I've gathered where this is coming from. " Sounds to me you have commitment issues. Like you said, he could have anyone he wants. But he choose you, stop thinking of him as the price. To him ,you are what he wants. You are his PRICE."- I said. He just sat in silence, I looked at the time and realized N'Beam should be heading back to the room soon. " I have to get going, I have a hot date with Beam.." I said getting up to leave. He smiled at me, and said "... You are welcome... and thanks for the advice"-Kit. I waved him off and headed back to my room. *What does he mean by, "I am WELCOME?"*

~Beam~
"So how long have you two been keeping this from me?" -Wayo asked as we were heading back inside. He was really pissed off at Ming and I. " You two keep me out of the loop ever since I started dating P'Pha. I even denied P'Pha from tagging along so I can hang with you two. But both of you had other plans"-Wayo said. He was laying the guilt on us thick!!! Frankly, I didn't need him relaying my personal life back to P'Pha. We all know they talk about everything.

Meanwhile, I could see Ming was awfully quiet. In fact, he has been since he came off the elevator. He is here with P'Kit, so why the solemn 😔 look. "The person I am dating is P'KIT.." Ming blurted out as we entered the resort. To say Wayo's jaw dropped on the floor is an understatement, he was beyond shocked 😳. " As in KITTY!!! Since when? MING!!!" Wayo asked grasping the reality of the situation. " How long have you known?" He turned to me. " Just last week... I swear I didn't know they've had a thing since high school" I said. " SINCE HIGH SCHOOL!!!!🤯" Wayo screamed from the shock.

" You should come with us to the carnival.." Kao said as he got in the passenger seat of Pete's car. " No, I rather stay in... I have no desire to be the third wheel" I responded. " Don't worry I'll win you a teddy bear 🧸"-Pete said jokingly. I waved as they zoomed off, I walked back inside. Ordered some food and turned on Netflix. While , waiting on my food I sent N'Beam a text. "I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Let's have dinner on Sunday when you get back" *SEND* Then the door bell rang, " finally my Pizza is here..." . But I was greeted by someone other than a pizza delivery guy. " Hi Lammie ☺️..."-P'Park.
