- Fair skin, pink-purple eyes
- Relatively short build (160cm) - taller than Nezuko in original story (153cm) but shorter than Zenitsu/Inosuke (164cm)

- In early stages she wears the scarf of her younger brother Takeo (right). No longer wears it during missions to prevent damage to it.

- Demon Tanjiro has long hair (ponytail) since it hasn't been cut by Giyu, thus no hairstyle change. The scar on his forehead remains despite becoming a demon.
- Picture above shows him wearing his earrings, but in this story, it was passed on to Nezuko.
