Chapter 13 - The daily prophet

Pansy's pov:

I was in the great hall eating breakfast with Harriet and Frost fire, I was still laughing since Harriet defeated Potter and it was still just yesterday, the guys were already done with breakfast so it was just me Harriet, and Frost fire. While me and Harriet were eating, all the owls from the owlery came and gave everyone the daily prophet. Hedwig came to our table and gave Harriet the daily prophet and she smiled so big it was almost blinding.

"Thank you Hedwig, here you go." Harriet said and gave Hedwig some bacon, then Hedwig flew off. "Pansy, look." Harriet said and I saw a moving picture of the Potter family with Harriet in it but she was far away from them. "Let's read it." I said then we started reading and...

The rumor of the Potter's second child is true! And her name is Harriet Evan Potter, or that was her name. Her new name is Harriet Jaden Snape. Harriet was never loved by her birth parents, she was neglected ever since her former twin brother Harry Evan Potter was declared the boy-who-lived. Harriet never knew what it was like to truly be loved by someone, the only person that ever showed that to her was Severus Snape, a professor in hogwarts and was best friends with Lily Evan Potter.

Harriet was soon abandoned by James and Lily Potter in a muggle orphanage, there she practiced magic tirelessly until she perfected every spell she knew. After a few months in the muggle orphanage, Harriet was adopted by Severus Snape and after her first few weeks at her new home with him, they found out almost all of Harriet's magic was blocked ever since she was born. Who is the culprit of blocking the young girl's magic you ask? Why it was none other than Ablus Dumbledore the headmaster of Hogwarts. The reason behind this is unknown, but how can we be sure Dumbledore didn't block the magic of any other child, why did he block Harriet's magic?

Harriet soon lived her life with the kind Malfoy family in their Manor, where her best friend Draco Malfoy lived. Both Harriet and Draco got accepted at Hogwarts where they met their closest friends, Pansy Parkinson and Blaise Zabini. Harriet has now defeated Harry Evan Potter in a duel in her second year in Hogwarts, who knows what Harriet will beat her former brother in next?

Me and Harriet finished reading and we both smiled. We looked around and everyone was whispering and looking at Dumbledore with hatred and confusion, even the teachers looked at him with no trust in why he blocked an innocent girl's magic, okay I won't lie Harriet isn't a hundred percent innocent but she is really kind, smart, beautiful, generous, and talented. Harriet and I left the great hall to tell Draco and Blaise, Frost fire followed us by flying and we finally found Draco and Blaise at the courtyard doing some homework.

"Guys, Guys, you gotta see this." I called out and that got the Draco, and Blaise's attention. Harriet and I sat down by the gazebo that was in the center off the courtyard then we showed Draco and Blaise the daily prophet. "This is great, now everyone will know the truth about Dumbledore." Draco said, and Harriet smiled and hugged him. I really think Harriet and Draco will make a great couple, Blaise and I made a bet that if Harriet and Draco start dating in the fifth year Blaise wins, but if Harriet and Draco start dating in our fourth year then I'll win.

Frost fire sat down on Harriet's head and we all talked on how everyone looked when they saw the Daily prophet was priceless, we eventually started talking about what Harriet and Draco would do against the Gryffindor in quidditch because there match with Gryffindor is in three weeks from now and I know Draco is going to be a great chaser and Harriet is going to be the best seeker of the century
