Sharon got discharged from the hospital and reached her home along with Swayam. As she reached she saw D3 gang (expect KriYansh, Nil and Vicky) was at her home to welcome her. After welcoming her the gang settle down on the sofa at that time Sharon notice that not everyone was present there.

Sharon: Guys yeh Kriya, Rey, Nil aur Vicky kaha hai.
Simmi: Are vo log abhi aate ... (Before she could complete door bell rang and she continues) lo aa gaye.

Swayam open the door and all came inside.

Sharon: Tum log kaha reh gaye they guys.
Kriya -  Sharon tumhe kuch bata na tha.
Sharon - Haan bolo kya huaa.
Rey - Sharon tum jo uss store room m lock hui thi vo Shivam ki vajaha se tha.
Sharon - What...but wait tum log yeh sab kaise pata chala.

After that they tells Sharon that how Kriya finds the mobile and also the call that she attended. Then tells her what happened in the morning at cafe.

*Flashback*

Rey, Kriya, Nil and Vicky were waiting for Shivam to come at Pokhari cafe. All four were sitting at a corner table so that when Shivam comes he can't se them. Soon Shivam came inside and sat on a table. He was scrolling in his phone when he saw that by mistakenly he has sent Sharon's picture.

Shivam angrily hits is plan on the table and said to himself - Phir se ek baar phir yeh Kriya bach gayi..

Shivam losses his temper and grab Vicky's coller. Nil smirked as there plan was working.

Shivam - Tumhe kya lagta hai Rey k dimag k Swayam aur Kriya wali baat kaha se aai vo mene Rey ko poke kiya aur usko toh yakin bhi ho gaya tha. Aur Kriya ko bhi poke karne wala m he tha. Swayam ki leg injury bhi meri vajah se hua tha. Swayam aur Sharon ki costume bhi mene he gayab kiye the. Aur toh aur Sharon ko store room m band karwane wala bhi m he tha.
